Horrible service and stupid games that you only win $3 on the bonus game. It doesn’t pay out and the stupid "Reserved" signs is a joke. The slot attendants don’t pick them up and other people move them and take your game anyways so what’s the point. This is my first and last time going there! Go to Ace Casino by Chinook it pays out the best and is a great time!

We organised a fundraising poker tournement with 85 players at Pure Casino. It was a little bit last minute but Channy was very responsive and accomodating while organizing the event. Her and the staff were attentive to our needs throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Pure Casino for a function or group event and we will be back again.

At around 3:00 pm July 10 2025, I was playing face up paigow, which is open handed at pure casino in Calgary. I had encountered an abusive from a pit boss named Sherry, she was shouting against me and others people as well for speaking Chinese. I have spoke with the section boss name Donovan regarding the matter, he is a nice and reasonable person. What I was asking is simple, just a verbal apology from the abuser, but he cannot manage it, so I request to speak with the general manager, when Sophia sees me try to minimize the situation and offer me a free meal. I have to say thanks for that., but I was still looking for entertainment, not begging for a free meal. I am here to urge your management team to examine the camera footage and ask a lip translator to interpret what was the reasons. Why I was the one got bullied and harassed. If your company to allow such behaviour to continue, I assure you that your problems are waiting to be happen. My dignity is not allowed to be invaded. I will consult with a professional to proceed with a formal complaint with AGLC in the coming weeks.

Very nice place outside for the smokers. Warm little designated areas if you choose. Games a great variety to choose from free coffee beverages and comfortable chairs to sit. Not very far from hotel that I stayed in. 5 minute drive or 10 dollar taxi fee. Come our and try your luck. Good luck
