Had a great time at Trapped Calgary! The staff was super friendly, and the room was creative, challenging, and a lot of fun. We’ll definitely be back for another round. Highly recommend!
Our game master was super funny and really added to the experience. We played the Carnival room, and it had the perfect balance of being challenging, solvable, and just the right amount of scary! An awesome experience all around.
Special thanks to Darcy, who was incredibly attentive and made sure we had a great customer experience from start to finish. Really appreciated the extra care and hospitality!

We were a group of 4 and we had SO much fun!!! It was our first escape room, so we started off with Room 057, and decided to return later in the evening because of Rafael (so sorry if this is not how you spell it), to do the Carnival Room!!! He was AMAZING and really brought the escape room to life. He was our favorite guide, and we will 100% request him next time we visit. SO much energy and fun and just good vibes. Also, we got a discount since we came back again which was a super nice and a generous surprise. Thank you again and we can't wait to come back and try to difference experiences 🙂

Came here for my boyfriends birthday and it was good. I do feel that the price is a bit high and the rooms definitely need updating. Felt very gimmicky in certain spots and the difficulty rating I found wasn't true to the puzzle. For a group of 6 people their medium difficulty room was harder than that.

This was my first time visiting Trapped and we had a blast! We went for my birthday and did the Jack The Ripper escape room. I booked the room a month in advance through the Trapped website and it was incredibly easy to do. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was amazing!! It was everything we wanted it to be, terrifying, thrilling and fun! You can also get a shot of alcohol before, during or after the game which I think is such a neat touch! We got the "Jack the Ripper" inspired shot after the game which was super yummy. We were allowed unlimited hints which was super helpful, the room was tough but not impossible! Cannot recommend this place enough, I know I'll definitely be back for more! Thank you for the awesome experience, Trapped!

I have always loved this place! They have so many rooms with so many different themes! I just did the 'Jack The Ripper' room for my birthday, and it was absolutely amazing!! We may not have finished but it was so ridiculously fun and scary!
Would definitely recommend! I plan to hopefully do more rooms for my birthdays later

We recently visited Trapped for my daughter's 13th birthday party, and it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and excited. They were friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do — which made all the difference. They even tailored a few little details inside the room to make the birthday girl feel extra special, which meant a lot to us. They also helped with the party room set up and clean up, which we really appreciated.
As a parent, I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday party experience. I can’t recommend Trapped enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited for a friend’s birthday and had an amazing time! The puzzles were challenging and cleverly designed, and our game master was fantastic. It was my first escape room experience, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. The location was perfect too, plenty of great spots nearby to grab a bite or a drink afterward.
