It's a great concert venue. I've never been there before but enjoyed it very much. The people were amazing and the sound as well. Great Bands for the evening

Cool venue with decent sound. The few seating options don't offer much for a view once everyone else crowds in, so it's virtually all standing room. Really poor drink selection too, unless you're into Coors and Vizzys. But that's pretty expected from a nightclub setup.

Love this venue! Small and intimate and has all sorts of artists! My brother was in a wheelchair and the staff were so amazing. They helped us enter and get through the crowd to a section roped off for wheelchairs. They helped us find the bathroom.

This is a great and intimate venue for artists. No matter what price ticket you pay, you can get significantly close to the stage here. The bars are in close proximity to the floor and the washrooms and coat check are close too. This is a good venue and it used to be Flames Central.

A great venue. I had brought my daughters to see The Circle Jerks August 9th 2024, their very first punk rock show. We had a medical emergency and the staff handled it very professionally. Super organized and compassionate about our situation. In the end, we enjoyed the show. To the staff, a very heartfelt thank you.

I like the Palace for the most part. The crowd can be a bit rowdy depending on the show. I think they could do a better job on the lighting for some of the shows, it’s too bright. The sound is not amazing but it’s not bad. The N/A options for drinks are pretty weak, it’s 2023, not everyone wants to consume alcohol. The place honestly has a lot of potential if they would make a few thoughtful tweaks. Doesn’t really matter though because as one of the main venues for music acts in town, I’ll end up here.
