I approached Raj for urgent tickets. Texted him and his response was so prompt and amazing. The option I proposed, he told, that is expensive. Immediately he advised, let me look for a cost effective option and he found. Sent itinerary to me right away and told me to have a look. He further advised to get travel insurance for any unforeseen. I did what he advised as my trust and confidence on him has grown manifold while going through the ticket purchase venture.
Affordable and timely solution, immediate attention to customer call and need, great work ethics, respectable and appreciable demeanour, I have found in Raj. Acknowledging the opportunity , I fully recommend Raj in Multiculture Travel World.

SCAM! I had a terrible experience with this company. They are Scammers and Fraud . They sell travel insurance policies to their customers, take money, assuring false promises that your money will be returned. Even the insurance company don't take any responsibility. Specially the agent Asad Cheema and Raj, these two scam people by selling them travel insurance. They have done this several times . Be Aware ! Don't go to this place if you don't want to be the next victim. Save your money and yourself with this SCAM.

I had an amazing experience with Mohita at Multi Culture Travel World for my Visa application. She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process. Her quick responses and helpful advice made everything so much easier. Highly recommend her services for anyone looking for Visa assistance!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Asad Cheema. I never use a travel agent but a friend asked to contact Asad. Took couple messages to get him to reply me. Gave him all the information about passengers. He disappeared after that. No reply to texts and doesn't pick up phone calls. Save yourself time and stay away from him. Unreliable with extremely poor communication.
