i don’t really write reviews often & i haven’t been in a while since i’ve been taking a break from getting my nails done, but ladies, SANDY WILL DO AN AMAZING JOB EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! i trust her with my nails so much & her work is always incredible, & it’s such an amazing experience coming here every time. this is the one place that’s very comfortable to go to & they really care about you here!! hopefully my nails are feeling better soon & i can get some summer nails done because i’ve really been missing getting my nails done, & doing them here is the best thing you could do for yourself. don’t walk, RUN over here & get your nails done!!

Sarah did an amazing job – she was quick and kind & did a really good job of my nails. My only issue was that she was heavy with the drill and I felt uncomfortable a little bit when she was filing the old acrylic off. Otherwise, I appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. I’ll be back!

Been here a couple times with different techs. Both did an amazing job but I was in love with my fall nails last year. Will be going back again soon!

A beautiful job, and felt so good having my nails repaired. I booked online last minute, I had broken 2 nails in less than a week. I have a busy schedule in the summer months and getting back to the other salon for repairs was very difficult to schedule. I was so happy to have been able to get in on a Sunday at Organic. They were incredibly inviting and kind. My nails look Fantastic, repaired and shaped beautifully. Will be planning my next fill on my upcoming schedule. Thank you so much.

I’ve been going to Organic Nails for the last couple of months and they always do an amazing job! Ive seen a different person almost every time I’ve gone and they all do excellent work!

They are always busy so an appointment helps but they usually accommodate me when I walk in.

They are up to date on all the viral trends like the heart shaped cat eye I got today for Valentine’s Day. All my sets are shellac. I recently added in the builder base which makes my nails hard and prevents me from breaking them!

Of all the manicurists I’ve tried, Sandy is by far the most perfectionist, professional, and pleasant to be around. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the result was the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had! From now on, I’m only booking with her. Highly recommend!

Love going here. Annie does excellent art and details on my nails. Whether it’s chrome, cat eye, designs, etc. had the upgraded 5star pedicure today. Worth it for the extra $ imo, my feet are so soft it was an hour 20 mins for the full pedicure, not rushing me out. Did the pick cat eye and loved it.

This last time I did a white airbrush with a bow but it was $115! Not sure why it was $30+ more than usual, will ask when I go back.

Maybe ask the costs before you commit to it, $115 is too Much for me.

Very cute place and great staff. The greater was very nice and was very quick – she really wanted to ensure a good service. First nail spa I went to that had a drink menu which I thought really enhanced the experience. They did have a deal for new customers which I thought was nice (not sure how long that deal lasts). Overall clean and nice place!

However, I don’t think I can give a full 5 stars due to the lack of attention to detail with my nails. From afar they look fine but giving them a close look can have some valid criticism. I left with some nail polish around the cuticles, the glue that was used for the design and gems is really tacky, even after curing and it picks up lint and discoloured quickly. Additionally, the butterfly I had on other nail was not fully glued on and fell off less than 3 hours of my nails getting done that was disappointing.

While I’m not as happy as I could be with my nails, the staff seem wonderful and seem to actually care. I would recommend this place again for simple nails

Absolutely loved my nails!!! The service was beyond amazing — everyone was so kind, attentive, and made sure I felt totally comfortable the whole time. I truly felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. Plus, the drinks they offer are such a fun bonus! Honestly, the service alone makes me want to come back again and again. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I got an acrylic manicure and the nail tech that did my nails was so kind and was SO FAST! The vibe of the salon is so nice and everything is so clean and aesthetically appealing. Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for any nail services.

Eclipse Salon is an absolute gem! The service is amazing, and the atmosphere is so relaxing—it’s the perfect place to unwind. I had the most satisfying manicure and pedicure, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. A special shoutout to Baovinc for the soothing massage—it made the experience even better! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch pampering. Will definitely be coming back!

They did a really good job—super attentive and detailed. The space is nice, clean, and spacious, which made it feel really comfortable. The price was a bit high for acrylic toes and nails, but the service definitely made up for it. Overall, a great experience! Love how my nails are super smooth and thin.

My sister and I went to City Nails today, and our experience was honestly a 10/10. We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in, but we were greeted right away with smiles and made to feel super welcome. The atmosphere was really calm, clean, and inviting, definitely the kind of place you feel comfortable in as soon as you walk through the door. Tiana and Anna did our nails, and they were both amazing. They took their time, were super gentle, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We showed them inspiration pictures, and they followed them perfectly. You can really tell they care about their work and want you to leave happy. Overall, the service, professionalism, and vibe were top-notch. I’d 100% recommend City Nails to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I went there to get my vacation nails done, usually I go to city nails, but I didn’t had a good experience with them, since the lady work in the front she over charge people, the lady who did my nails didn’t do a great job at shaping/foiling. And second I always do my pedi color change at city nails where they cut and take the cuticles and change the color for 25$ but the lady who works at the front she didn’t accept it just did a color change while I drove all the way from NW because of city nails. Never going to visit them again. I’m not happy with foiling I paid 100$

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer care. Despite showing them a clear design, they completely messed it up—there was no shape, no precision, and nothing close to what I had requested.
To make matters worse, I was charged $90 for a simple refill on my own nails—no extensions, just a basic refill that should have cost significantly less. When I asked them to redo the work and correct their mistake, they demanded additional charges instead of taking accountability.
This is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service.

Jolie is the best. She always gives me the wonderful pedicure experience.
I’ve made arylic bigtoe nails. As usual, they’re in the perfect shape, sharp french tip, and durable for more than 2 months.

Prices were affordable and they were super efficient. I just got some shellac polish and rhey had finished shaping my nails and painting all the coats in under 25 minutes. I’ve received worse service for more at other salons in the area. Only deducting a star cause almost all of the good pinky and purple shades were unavailable. Overall though great and when I do get my occasional manicure I’ll come back. I also appreciate being offered a beverage even though I got a cheaper service.

Really appreciate how attentive everyone is! I got my nails done by Cindy and loved how she listened to my needs and her attention to detail with my nails. She really nailed it with my stiletto shape as I’ve had stilettos they lose their shape right away or leave my nail base really wide or blobby. I have been getting complemented on my nails ever since, absolutely love them ❤️

Edit: I went back in for a re-do, but not a manicure anymore. I had gotten acrylics from the manager, Mindy, and she did an awesome job. She took her time to ask me if I liked the shape, the colour, etc. I would recommend booking Mindy since she knows what she’s doing. As per my older review, I will not be removing it since I had to come back to get it re-done. I may have gotten a discount, but I still paid for it (per my request that I pay for the difference since I’m not looking for a freebie) and I want others to see that mistakes CAN happen. I do like this place, it’s always clean and the staff are friendly.

Coming in today, I was asked by Mindy what’s wrong with my nails. I told her I asked for coffin nails and my nails turned out to be different shapes, and the colour was also off and my nails ended up a bit thick. But I did say that I had asked for 3 coats in the hopes that the colour would turn darker, but it didn’t so I just let it be. Mindy then ended up saying that since it’s my natural nails that it’s hard to shape and that’s why it turned out like that. No excuse, the nail tech was able to file my nails shorter so she would’ve been able to shape my nails in the way I wanted it, but ok.

All in all, I’m giving only 4 stars since I rarely get my nails done and 95% of the time I come here to get them done, and the times Mindy did my nails were amazing. The first time I’ve ever gone here my nails were also butchered to the point I had to cut it off after only a couple hours because it hurt (different nail tech) and the other time 2-3 of my fingers hurt and different nail shapes (different nail tech) as you can see in the picture. All I’m gonna say is lesson learned and to always book an appointment with Mindy, since I’ve only ever had a good session with her.

I did a walk in on Jan. 7th since I thought I didn’t need to book an appointment with the manager, since all I wanted was a manicure. Simple ask, right? I walked in, greeted by the employees and asked what I wanted to get done. I simply wanted coffin nails with dark red polish and a hint of fine glitter. I looked through the colour samples and saw a dark maroon-ish colour that I thought would be nice. She filled my nails, shaped them and I only noticed my right thumb was filed a bit crooked. No big deal, I asked her it’s a bit crooked and she lifted both my hands up to look at both of my thumbs, only for her to cut the left one. Mind you I grew my nails for almost 2 months so I wouldn’t have to get nail extensions. By the end of the over an hour session, I get these nails. A mixture of coffin AND square nails, not a dark red polish and slight glitter. She had also nicked both my pinkies, one of them bled and was sore throughout the day. The other pinky started to get sore after a few hours. I didn’t even ask for any design whatsoever but still ended up disappointed with my nails. For a simple manicure, it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I’m not a very confrontational person, so I couldn’t speak up as I thought nail techs should know how to do a manicure especially when there’s no design and there’s only shaping the nails involved. My nail tech was nice, just her skills weren’t what I expected to pay for.

I had such a great experience getting my nails done by Ciara! She was super friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted—clean, beautiful, and perfectly shaped. You can tell she really takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for my future appointments. Highly recommend!

Came to Calgary for training and figured I’d treat myself and came here because it was the nearest to my training. They didn’t disappoint. They did such an incredible job. Nails are perfect and I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had!

I had a terrible experience at this salon and would not recommend it. From the start, everything felt rushed and unorganized. The massage chair didn’t work, the water for my pedicure was too hot and burned my skin leaving it visibly red, and I wasn’t given enough time to select my nail colour nor the proper colours I asked for multiple times. A nail tech working on the girl next to me also placed her machine on my tray on my pedicure chair, so I had nowhere to put my coffee or belongings, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Holding all my things and a lap full of colour selections they never took from me.

The quality of the service itself was just as bad. My nails were done sloppily—there’s dust trapped in the polish, the application is lumpy and uneven, polish on my skin and my shellac doesn’t feel properly cured. After I was done for a good 10 mins or so, waiting for my friend the woman comes back, sands off the top coat, applies a base coat and then another top coat, making them even thicker. They didn’t even apply cuticle oil to my nails, instead putting it on my knuckles and hands, which makes no sense. On top of that, my feet were not properly exfoliated, multiple nails do not have polish covering the full nail and the overall result looks rushed and unprofessional. The lady was very nice but everything else was terrible.

I got this done before holidays and don’t have another hour and a half to get them fixed before I leave and they won’t give me a refund. And to be honest, the experience was so bad I don’t even want to step into this salon again but I’m quite frustrated I paid for a pedicure and nails expecting a relaxing and professional service, but instead, I left frustrated, disappointed and like I wasted my money. Save your money and go somewhere else! This place literally tried to get people in and out as fast as possible, paying to attention to detail, quality or customer service.

Just had a mani, pedi with my husband. I got a new set and we both got the 24k pedis. I cannot speak more highly of our experience. I used to come here before we moved away and decided to pop in before our flights on vacation. Vicki and Jenny were phenomenal i 100% recommend asking for them! Go here you won’t regret it!

I’m conflicted in writing this review because the reason I returned to bellagio is because I had the most amazing pedicure by technician Alex last time I was there. If I was reviewing based on that experience he would get absolutely 5 stars. Would recommend him any day.

I tried to schedule in with Alex again and was told I could come in right away and I left my house and drove right over (not terribly close to me). By the time I got there I was then confirming I was seeing him and they said he was unavailable that day. I was frustrated as I requested specifically and definitely would’ve just come in another day and this was a pedicure I was treating myself to (early as it’s only been 6 weeks since my last with him and that’s earlier than I usually go but I’m about to have a baby and wanted to be in good comfort and be able to make it through postpartum). As I had already driven there I decided to stay. My appointment was not even 45 minutes long and the girl cut 2 of my toes and my heel to bleeding so badly that I have uploaded photos of it 2 days after pedicure was done. I didn’t really notice the damage until I got home because of how pregnant I am (I can’t visibly see that corner of my foot right now haha). I have to give her credit that she did tell me that it happened and was honest with me but I’m really confused how I was gouged so deeply I bled in a part of your heel that is so thick, it felt rushed and like a careless mistake. I felt the whole appointment was rushed because I had two technicians swap during it and it was shorter than a usual pedicure is. Both technicians were very lovely humans though and I totally understand mistakes happened but I am reviewing for transparency because it was not a good experience and if this was the only experience I was going off with a place, there’s no way I’d be returning.

I cannot knock the place because I did absolutely love and rave about my pedicure last time with Alex, telling a bunch of my friends about him. But I am definitely disappointed in how this visit went overall. Especially at the price point I had higher expectations.

Just got my nails done and already chipped. This is after charging me an extra 15 dollars for a base coat that was supposed to provide extra strength. No hand massage or even lotion given. I paid $65 for what looks like my 8 year old painted my nails. Much cheaper salons out there that will provide better services. Stay away!

Wonderful service. Has great cocktails and the gentleman at the front was so helpful! Had a 5star pedicure with shellac. The paraffin wax was so hot and nice. I did have to ask for warmer water a couple of times, it was cold and got cold quick. It was a busy day but they still finished everything in an hour. All around – happy customer

I went in to get my nails done about a week ago and ended up not being entirely thrilled with the result. However, the owner of bellagio nails has been absolutely beyond incredible with me. She Went the extra mile to help me find a tech that could fix my nails, and let me tell you how absolutely impressed I am!!!!!! She recommended that I have Frankie Fix my nails and My GOODNESS Not only was he lovely to chat with, but he was incredibly gentle and did an absolutely FLAWLESS job on my nails. I will continue to book with him!!! I want to extend the biggest Thank you to both the owner and Frankie for making my nail appointment today for the best ones that I have had at bellagio nails to date!!!!!

I went in for a Shellac change color with Kim and unfortunately I had the worst experience. The management is really nice there and the other girls seem very nice but Kim unfortunately was very rude and did not do a good job at my nails. She was very rough with buffing my nails to the point she actually hurt me a couple of times and as you can see in the picture she didn’t do a good job at buffing them out as you can clearly see where the old nail polish stopped. She asked me multiple times if this was shellac or dip and I told her it’s shellac but the girl that previously did my nails put a thick layer to which in response Kim would shake her head and say no it’s dip. Then she tried to «trick» me by asking if the girl that did my nails has dipped my nails in powder and when I told her again no it’s shellac she would respond with shaking her head and saying no essentially insinuating that I’m lying. Unfortunately her rudeness didn’t stop there, she would PUSH my hand away from her and towards me in a rough way when she wants me to dry my hand instead of simply asking me. By the end of it I was charged extra but at that point I just wanted to leave the salon that I didn’t even bother to ask why they are charging more than what the website says. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I love this place! I take my dog to the groomer near by so as she gets pampered so do I. From the comfy slippers you put on your feet at the front door to the Vietnamese coffee I sip, the relaxing choice of music, the lighting, and furnishings it a true very relaxing experience! Space is always kept very clean and tidy and modern. My pedicure today is exceptional. I did the deluxe.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years, and decided to try this spot. I have never had my nails done so badly in four years. My tech did not seem experienced, I had to correct the shape from being extremely crooked, the polish is incredibly patchy, and the design is incredibly weak. I complained on my way out, and was only gaslit that my nails look like the picture provided. They do not at all. Was 105 before tip for the fill service. This is juvenile work at best. I wouldn’t recommend.

I took my daughter in to get her nails done and showed them a photo of the ombré style we wanted. Her nails looked nothing like the photo — the ombré was very poorly done. I asked them to fix it right away, and they did fix four of the nails on the spot. But even after the fix, the quality wasn’t great.

To make matters worse, when we got home, the polish on her toes was already peeling. I went back the next day to have that looked at and even mentioned how surprised I was with the quality — especially considering I paid $100 for a child’s nails. No one seemed to care.

They were good about doing the quick fix, but the overall job was sloppy, rushed, and overpriced. I would never go back and definitely wouldn’t bring my daughter again. Very disappointing experience.

Had an appointment for a pedicure at 10am when they open, nail tech didn’t show up until 10:30. The pedicure was not good, usually my feet are soft after- they are rough. He rushed through it. Didn’t do a 3rd coat of the light pink require, my friend got 3 coats and her tech showed up at 10am.
The wet towel he used at the end to wipe my feet was cold.

Have been out of town and have not had the opportunity to have my nails done recently. Returned to this salon and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brenda who executed the most meticulous and perfect pedicure ever. Her friendliness and attention to detail were perfect! Make sure that you book Brenda while making an appointment!

I will never return to this salon. The lady who removed my acrylic nails burned my nail beds, despite me continuously telling her to turn the machine down. There are so many other nail salons in the area that are better than Pearl Nails. It’s a shame Pearl Nails has gone downhill, and does not train their staff – I would not roll the dice by going there!

I had an amazing experience with Van at XO Nails! She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and so friendly. My nails turned out absolutely perfect — exactly how I wanted them. Van took her time to make sure everything was flawless, and she made the whole appointment feel relaxing . I highly recommend Van if you’re looking for beautiful nails and great service. A friend recommended this place and they’ve been great both times I’ve gone now! The shape and how thin they get the acrylics was excellent and then they also did exactly what I showed in my inspiration photo.

I won’t be coming back. This place LOOKS nice but the nail tech I had has clearly never done professional nails before. Every single nail tech I’ve EVER had in the last FIVE years has always cleaned up the calcified dirt under my fingernails that has been sealed off with acrylic. This dirt doesn’t come off with soap and water, it’s the monthly build up I get, and I’ve NEVER been to a nail tech that doesn’t completely clean it off…until now. AVOID THIS PLACE. Also, they have no idea how to do ombré, some nails were ok, but others were clearly a miss, and while I can put up with that, the severe lack of hygienically cleaning the hard build up on my nails leaves me feeling really upset with the way they did my nails. Pass on this place- there are much better quality nail salons you can visit in Calgary. Also note the lumps of acrylic at the back of nail- that has never happened to me before!!

Very clean, technicians are very professional. They were able to get me in last minute….since my appt was at 10:00 am I was a few minutes early. All the girls were cleaning and disinfecting everything.
