I had my first-ever laser hair removal session with Kira, and she was absolutely amazing! I was a little nervous going in, but she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was so gentle and professional throughout the session. Her calm and friendly demeanor really helped ease my nerves

I had an amazing experience at New Skin YYC! The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. My consultation was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how personalized the treatment was — I felt listened to and well cared for throughout. I’m already seeing great results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My first facial at New Skin YYC and great experience with Francesca! She took the time to discuss my needs and determine the best treatment plan for my skin. Relaxing environment with care taken to explain products. The massage was a fantastic bonus!

I went and saw Liona for a Botox consultation. As it was my first time, she walked me through the process and we had an open discussion about any concerns. Ultimately, I felt comfortable to go through with it. It was quick and relatively painless. She was also open and honest about the price as well (which is totally appreciated in economy LOL).
New Skin has a very comfortable waiting area and the space is gorgeous! The receptionist was kind and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend booking in with Liona if you're interested in getting Botox!

Megan was so sweet! She explained every step of the process along the way clearly so I understood what to expect. Great customer service! As for the treatment, my skin felt refreshed and dewy! It was my first time for dermaplaning and I'm happy with the results. There was also an arm/hand massage while waiting for the mask for my neck and face. Would highly recommend!

First time at NewSkinYYC at Elbow Drive and it was such a relaxing experience. The facility was new and overall ambiance was very relaxing. I took my partner and it was his first time doing a facial, and he was impressed with how relaxing it was! Kira took care of us and she was so kind, explained the products, and answered our questions

I’ve had such amazing experiences with New Skin YYC so far, the staff are so kind and accommodating and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I’ve been seeing Megan for Laser Genesis sessions and I have nothing but good things to say about her and the treatment. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and made my first experience with skin lasers less daunting because of her expertise and her genuine care for her clients. I highly recommend, I’ve been seeing great results from the treatments so far after just two sessions, and I’ll definitely be back!
