Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse Calgary

I’ve always had a deep love for Brazilian-style meat, and this place delivers a fantastic variety. The meats come out fast, hot, and expertly carved right at your table—fresh off the grill. I still remember when it first opened, there was a beautiful open wood fire that added a rich, smoky flavor to the meats. Sadly, that signature touch seems to be missing now. The grilled pineapple is a great addition—sweet, caramelized, and the perfect complement to the savory cuts. The salad bar is refreshing and pairs well with the meats, though I do wish it offered a bit more in terms of warm dishes, as the hot options were quite limited. Service was top-notch. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive throughout the meal.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Pompa Steakhouse! The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and every dish we tried was cooked to perfection. The steaks were incredibly tender and flavorful—honestly some of the best in Calgary. A special thank you to Calvin who was super helpful and kind. We asked about cumin, and he actually took the time to look into it and bring us the information. It was such a wonderful experience thanks to his warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a memorable meal in a gorgeous setting. Can’t wait to come back!

Not what I was expecting. I have been to different places in town that charge you less for the full rodizio and the food is way better. I made a reservation to celebrate my wife’s birthday and they knew it was her birthday so they gave her a free desert. It was two tiny pieces of meringue cookies and 2 tiny pieces of chocolate (compared to other places where you get a full size piece of cake on the house). The food tasted weird, not even tasted like beef. The service was ok, our server was too pushy regarding the drinks menu. When we asked about the weird taste of the beef they said "oh it tastes like beef"and that’s it. I do not recommend this place, it’s more expensive than other options in town and the food it’s not the best.

Second time at Pampa. Had an amazing experience tonight!The staff were incredibly welcoming, authentic, and friendly. They checked on us frequently, ensuring we had everything we needed. No matter what questions we asked, they always answered with a smile and were happy to share more details about the food and dining experience. Their genuine hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable

Unexpected culinary find! After a visit to the Miele experience center … we were drawn in by the enticing aromas as we walked by Pampa! An impromptu lunch decision was made … and it did not disappoint. Jorge took excellent care of us and explained our various menu options. We elected the salad bar… and it was fantastic! A fresh and delectable array of dishes (including hot entrees), complete with recipe compositions awaited. The ceviche is prepared daily and transports you to locations that are not snowy!! Will definitely return for an evening to experience the dinner options. If you have moment… give yourself a gift…visit Pampa!

Great location with free parking. Sophisticated setting and service has been very consistent. Quality of the meat is great as well as the salad bar with options of hot dishes. Really the best Brazilian Steakhouse I’ve been in Canada and USA.

It was an amazing experience, I’m very grateful and thankful for the service we’ve received from Victoria. We will be definitely back. And by the way the greatest caipirinha ever.
