I love coming to Petland to see these adorable animal friends when I'm feeling tired, they make me feel refreshed again

Came here for a birthday party and it was pretty great overall. The hour of interacting with animals was anwesome and the price was reasonable for a hosted party. My main point of contention is the cleanliness of the party room. The folding chairs were disgustingly dirty. I brought my own Lysol wipes and tried to clean them as best I could before the party started but it was mostly futile, they are deeply grimey and I only got the bigger drips and sticky gobs off. The floor was also really gross, I think it gets swept but never mopped. The fridge had something spilled in it at one point, which was old and congealed when we went to put things in it. Honestly, if they cleaned the floors once a week and replaced the nasty chairs with ones that are easily wiped down, it would make all the difference here.

Truly I love this location as do my dogs. I have been using the groomers here for years and never had one problem. They are fantastic and very patient with nervous or dogs with some trauma. My Maui loves going for her spa days!

Aside from being one of our preferred petland locations, I had to write a review about the amazing expierience provided by you guys. We had booked my daughters birthday with you guys, and the day of, were hit with a pretty bad snow storm. The staff member, who i unfortunately cant remember the name of, went beyond our expectations. She was very patient with our crowd, and was very inclusive to all the kids, ensuring that all the children felt included and involved. I can't express the gratitude I have to the staff member who drove through harsh conditions, and made my daughters birthday all that special. Amazing customer service that I believe deserves to be recognized a 1000 times over. I hope petland awlnowledges their staffs commitment to guest satisfaction.

My mom and I visited this place and left pretty disappointed. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. We noticed a cat in the playroom and wanted to interact, so we asked if someone could open the door. The staff member just said, "the playroom is closed today" with no explanation, even though there was clearly a cat inside. It felt cold and dismissive. We’ve visited several other Petland locations and the customer service is always welcoming—staff greet you, answer questions kindly, and make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, this location didn’t reflect that at all. Part of the experience of visiting Petland is getting to interact with the animals, and the lack of basic courtesy or communication here made us feel unwelcome. A simple hello or friendly explanation would’ve made a huge difference.

Great place for birthday parties! They are flexible and they have a very nice birthday room with a friedge! Other then the room, kids can enjoy to see animals around the store! Everybody made my daughter feel very special on her birthday! I, definelity, recommend this place!

Great place for pet food and service. They always treat us well and their customer service is always very kind and considerate. Great deals when you can find them in flyers.
