Their customer service is outstanding—fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff are always ready to answer any question, and they often have even rare currencies like the Polish zloty available on the spot. What really sets them apart is their no-fee policy and unbeatable exchange rates. Unlike places like Money Mart or Calforex, Prime FX doesn’t charge extra fees, and their rates are consistently the best I’ve found. I even don’t mind driving half an hour from SE Calgary to their NE location because they’re just that good. Highly recommended to anyone—friends, family, or fellow travelers!

Need some yen for the trip. The gentlemen behind the counter were super helpful, efficient and friendly. Gave them my ID, phone number, occupation, and of course the Canadian money, didn’t take very long and I got my Yen. The rate also better than most if not all the places out there. Extremely disappointed. Called ahead of time to make sure they have enough cash to exchange currency only to find out twice in the row when arrived that they don't have enough. Do not recommend at all.
