Dr. Malenfant was amazing! She is kind and caring and really makes you feel at ease. She takes her time and truly cares about her patients. I had a small surgery on my scalp and she and the nurses were wonderful. The office is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Originally was referred here by my family doctor for a mole check 5 years ago. Since then I have been a regular client for various reasons. The staff are wonderful and the doctors are very well educated and professional. I always feel at ease when receiving treatment and I'm always pleased with results. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Rejuvenation, all thanks to Scarlett and Amber! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Very busy clinic. Waited an additional 30 minutes for my appointment and legitimately spent less than a minute with the Doctor who rushed through the appointment and gave the impression that he had better things to do with his time. While I understand dermatology is a business, I do wish AHS referrals were meet with a higher standard of care as this experience has been shared amongst a lot of my peers and colleagues. On the bright side, the nurse was very kind, helpful, and attentive. She was able to answer all questions and never gave the impression that she was in a rush. After attending the appointment, the clinic sends you a feedback request. While this is a fair practice, if you decide to give any sort of less than favourable feedback, you complete the survey internally. However, if your feedback is positive, you are redirected to leave a google review. While this is a smart marketing tactic, for a medical clinic it’s ethically dubious at best.

The wait time at this clinic is ridiculous, even with an appointment. They are always running behind the schedule. I had to wait more than an hour for my last two appointments, and this is my third appointment, which is already running more than 30 minutes behind. Since it's a dermatologist appointment, I don't have many options. The front staff gives inaccurate information when inquired about the wait time. The staff should address this ongoing issue specifically if they are giving appointments to kids as it's difficult to keep kids waiting for hours. It doesn't matter what time of the day you go. I have had appointments both in the morning and afternoon. Doctors schedule 5 mins for one appointment, and I can't understand how they wrap up one appointment in 5 mins. Very frustrating experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the care I received and the staff; they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Nurse Hannah and Dr. Martinka were outstanding as well. They attentively listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately while being transparent about my needs versus my desires. Highly recommend
