I recently bought a road bike at this store and it was a phenomenal shopping experience. Reid was super helpful from beginning to end, and was always willing to answer any question I had regarding the bike up to financing options.
As I was from out of town, the store was willing to help me look at options at how to get the bike home, and once decided, was also willing to help me box up the bike and prep it for a flight. Would not hesitate to stop by the next time I’m in town!

I had the best experience at Ridley Cycle purchasing my new bike. The staff - particularly Jonny and Toby - were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Ridleys to anyone looking for a great bike shop full of experienced staff. 12/10

All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy. Just attentive and informative. Swapped my hydraulic brakes over to moto style for no cost. Loving my trek Roscoe 8. Great spec bike for 2K. Very happy.

Had a great experience with Julia at Ridley Cycles! She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries over email. When I visited the store, she promptly addressed a minor issue with my kid’s bike (brake tuning), even though the bike was purchased elsewhere. Julia’s service was efficient, friendly, and professional. Truly appreciated her support. Highly recommend!

Ridley's is really wonderful.
I have been going there for years now and have always been treated so well. You don't have to be an athlete with an expensive bike to be respected and there is none of the.. shall we say hipster disdain 🙂 that can happen in such places.
They consistently over deliver and it is always cheaper then I think it will be. They have thrown in quick repairs for free and even surprised me by putting on a bike light I was buying once while I was paying for it.
I recently went in and said I need a full tune up. They looked over everything and said I only needed a couple of things - it ended up being less then half the price it would have been.
They are just everything a great local shop should be: kind, providing incredible service, affordable, and offering really great repairs.

Excellent service and reasonable priced.
My e bike stopped working and I needed it fixed. A quick call and they could see me quickly. Got the bike in and after they checked it over I had the bike fixed and they where honest. Labour for the fix came out to $3 and the bike runs smooth.
Over all a wonderful experience.

After not having success from the store we bought my bike from with a warranty issue. We contacted Ridleys to see if they could help me out. Without hesitation they were more than happy to assist. Within days the warranty ticket had been submitted, and the part ordered.
Even though we didn’t purchase from them they have gone above and beyond that we will be doing our purchasing with them in the future!
