Exceptional and professional service provided by Kathy and Megan. I have been a customer for several years and purchased by second pair of hearing aids today.
They always have time to answer questions.

I’m posting this for Barry.
My hearing has been looked after by Kathy for over 15 years.
She is very knowledgeable, kind, and always patient. She recognized that my hearing aides, although well looked after, were limited and needed to be replaced by a new generation. She was very gentle but encouraging to have me accept the necessity of new technology. I now have new hearing aides which have made a huge difference for me and my family.
I enjoy coming to the office. Kathy and Megan have created a very comfortable atmosphere for their clients.

Kathy and Megan & Christine were very helpful with choosing my hearing aids and very knowledgeable. Always there if I need help or questions with my hearing aids . I can now here with my hearing aids . Thanks very much to them all .

Outstanding service and always able to accommodate my service needs.
They were even able to supply loaner equipment while mine was sent in for service. I work in a very noisy environment and have confidently referred my fellow co-workers.
The sound quality is outstanding. Works seamlessly with the Smart 3D app love being able to adjust the volume for any of my three settings with my Apple watch

I highly recommend Academy Hearing if you are looking for hearing aids. The office is in the Brentwood Mall, easy to access and parking is not a concern. The receptionist is Megan who is very friendly. Kathy is up to date with knowledge of the newest hearing aids. She finds out your hearing needs and quickly recommends a product. She makes sure you are happy with your hearing aids and that you know how to work them. Academy Hearing staff treat you like family and provide great service.

I have been going to Kathy at Academy Hearing in Brentwood, Calgary, for 5 years. I have always received the best of care in house or on the phone with any and all problems that have developed.
