Called them to fix my humidly in my house, (it’s at 75% level) They told me my compressor is needs adjusting, they broke my compressor, tech was not experienced. Told me it’s a $3000 to fix the compressor, 6-8 weeks to bring in the part. Or buy a new unit for $6000. I opted to buy the new unit cause it was quicker. When they came to install the new unit, they installed a different & wrong unit that was much larger. Without telling me. Argued that it’s the correct unit, after a few days I proved with the originally email quote is and was the wrong unit installed. Today, my humility is still too high at 75% Called the head office to chat about the humility, still not fixed. And I have the wrong unit still installed.

From the initial quote to the service, it’s been an excellent experience so far. I got a great deal on the combo (heat pump AC, furnace, and water tank), and the financing option is fantastic, with 0% interest for the first year. The installation was faster than expected, and the technicians explained the process, maintenance, and operation of the new equipment in detail. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving and removed all the old equipment. It was a hassle-free experience! I highly recommend their service!

All pro from start to finish. Our advisor Greg has helped us with the furnace, hot water heater and more recently when our air conditioner unit failed he set us up with a new heat pump. You can’t beat next day installation! Derek and Victor had us cooling off before lunchtime. Very happy with all the work Action has done for us.

Very pleased with the work done from start to Finish. Nick and Bren were great, they were very respectful and polite. My wife was working from home during the install and she mentioned she felt comfortable. The work they did looks great, they take pride in their work and makes me feel good about the equipment installed in our home. They also walked us through a couple of things we should know to help with maintenance. I have a friend who went with Action a couple of years ago and I also noticed when I was over then the install looked good and well done, he has had no complaints, which is part of the reason we went with Action. Also during our city inspection the inspector mentioned we went with one of the best installers in the city which gave us great piece of mind and made us feel good about our choice to go with action.

Furnace, AC, and water tank install was great, had it done right away, in 2 days, installers were very well trained, polite, and respectful. They explained everything well and everything went as planned. Very happy with the service and installation.

We recently had central air conditioning installed in our Ranchlands home by Action Furnace, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Dale was absolutely incredible. He took the time to visit us multiple times, walking us through all our options, answering our endless questions with patience, and helping us figure out the best setup for our home. It was clear from the beginning that he genuinely cared about getting it right—not just making a sale. His honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. The installation itself was done by Kyle and Nathan, who were equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had the entire system installed and running in just six hours. The quality of their work was excellent—they were tidy, respectful of our home, and took real pride in making the unit look clean and professionally finished. We appreciated how they explained everything before they left, making sure we felt confident using our new system. It’s such a relief to have our home cool and comfortable, especially knowing the installation was done right. I got a new furnace and new AC from Action Furnace and I highly recommend them. Greg led us through the whole process, ensured we would get what we need, and explained everything incredibly well. The installers, Taranjeet and Derek, were absolute pros, incredibly polite and pleasant, and very fast. They cleaned up when they were done and explained everything so that I knew how to maintain my new equipment. I cannot recommend this business enough.
