I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location. When I walked in to complete my reservation, I was greeted by Ross, who was exceptionally helpful and addressed all of my concerns with patience and professionalism. His customer service is truly impeccable. Sean was also very friendly and went out of his way to assist me. The entire facility, both inside and out, was spotless and well-maintained. I highly recommend this Public Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and customer-focused storage solution!

They made it very easy to rent out a unit, went through all the paperwork quickly and thoroughly. The 2 staff members that I met were both awesome to deal with. Not to forget how clean the place is, it shows they care, which is a huge plus for me.

This is the best storage center in all of Calgary. Friendly & helpful staff in a modern and clean facilty. Reasonable pricing. And first month's rent is $1 (well like $35 because of how can you beat thatThere are only 2 things that I feel could be improved and would make this place perfect....
1) a little extension on access hours 10:00 I think is kinda early, most other places if not open 24hrs are accessible till like 11 or 12.
2) Washrooms are only accessible during office hours, it would be great if customers had access if needed as long as unit access is permitted, perhaps even by having to use the same access code used for the gate to access washroom outside office hours. Still tops in my books regardless, definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you're looking for storage space!!!

We'd initially dealt with 'Abigail' through the Call Centre, then 'Stella' at the location we required. Both ladies were so helpful and professional, and each provided pertinent information 'Stella' explained about the costs, insurance, taxes and Admin Fee, and we reserved the required unit straight away. The next day, we attended the location we needed, spoke to 'Ross', another very helpful rep, signed all the paperwork, and paid for the first 3 months. All reps were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable - we will definitely tell our friends about our experience here!

Absolutely worst storage facility you will ever come across. If you need to use the washroom while there after 4pm you better use the floor as your toilet as they'd rather have that than allow someone in a washroom. If you try to enter they will evict you and try to prevent you from getting your possessions.
