The only thing keeping this review from a 1 star was the staff who were very friendly and helpful during move in Otherwise my initial experience was not so good. I had rented an advertised 20x25ft storage unit and when measured it actually ended up being 24' 2" long door to door and 19' 6" wide from the sides. The center posts also take up alot of useable space as well. Several self tapping metal screws were left sticking out from the posts where they had been left - so they had to removed before something got damaged or someone injured. One of the roller doors to the outside doesn't seal properly along the floor, with a decent gap exposed when the door is locked. All this to say that I am less then impressed with the physical facility provided.

June 2, 2025: I really wish I could write two separate review for this location for Farha’s exceptional customer service on May 31, 2025. Two weeks ago, I began planning to move my unit due to the existing unit promotion expiration. Upon contacting Farha, we were able to book a unit with a cheap price, but it was in a different building which would need a lot effort and hard work to move the stuff between the two. However, Farha’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction led her to find another unit much closer to my existing one on the same floor within the same building just one day before the move-out. Her dedication and proactive approach were truly lifesaving. Thank you so much Farha for your consistent amazing service! ******************************************** It was a great experience today with Storage Mart at 1111 42 Ave SE. Farha was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She patiently answered my question and clarified my concerns with her honest. Moreover, she showed me two different size of storage units and explained the difference between the two and the prices of each. Really appreciate for her diligence and excellent customer service. In addition, the Storage Units are very clean and the hallway is very spacious for moving bigger items. Highly recommended this local of Storage Mart.

Recently acquired a storage unit from storage mart and I must say, I am extremely pleased with all of their efforts in ensuring I am satisfied. Many thanks to the staff and especially Madison who went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending storage mart to everyone!

Convenient place to store things of any and all sizes up to a pickup truck. Farah and Madison the two site managers are very easy to work with when there have been any concerns. The units we desired are available at competitive prices considering the yard is clean and fairly secure with cameras on every corner. Overall a great storage facility.

I had an excellent experience with Maddy From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all of the available unit options, pricing, and security features clearly and patiently answered all my questions! Thanks for all your help

Great service with reasonable pricing. Quickly responded to our question and pathway between all the units were spacious enough. We moved out of the space just yesterday and they even refunded us for the rest of the month since we aren’t going to use it for the full month. Greatly appreciated that. Will recommend to friends and family if they need an extra storage space.

Farha was very friendly, professional, and while working short-handed she was able to handle multiple customers efficiently. She went through the details of our contract with us and her knowledge was deeply appreciated.. There is a slight problem with our locker handle and she said she would follow up to have it taken care of the next day. Thank you Farha.
