My fiancé and I had the absolute best experience at Alberta Diamond Exchange! From start to finish, the entire process of creating my ring was seamless, exciting, and truly special. A huge shoutout to Vanessa, who was nothing short of amazing. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me bring my vision to life. Her attention to detail and warm personality made the experience unforgettable. The final ring exceeded all our expectations – it's absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier! Alberta Diamond Exchange was such a great experience! My wedding set was in need of repair and restoration and Cici was absolutely amazing. She helped to navigate the possibilities and what could be done for me in such a timely and knowleagble way. So friendly and kind!

I won a pair of oval sapphires many years ago and left them in my jewellery box. I finally visited Alberta Diamond Exchange with my sapphires and told Cici that I would like them put in a setting so I could wear them as earrings. Cici was very helpful with choosing the perfect setting for them. She was very polite and professional to deal with.

Amazing experience with Kristen! I knew nothing about jewellery or diamonds coming in and I was a bit nervous, but Kristen made the process for my fiance and I so comfortable and so much fun. She has such a keen eye for detail, is so welcoming, and her joy is contagious. Highly recommend! 🙂
