I went to multiple places for engagement rings and ended up going with Maximes. Julia was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I went to Spence’s and felt pushed to put a deposit in asap (even though it costed more for a smaller, less clarity and colour than Maximes). Julia gave me none of that. She gave me time to look around at other places, educated me on diamonds, and answered my many questions via email to make me feel like I was making the right decision.
