Laurie (manager) provided excellent customer service to me when I realized that one of the watches I purchased through the online store had a manufacturer issue on the inside of the glass dial. Even though the bracelet was already adjusted with some of the links removed, Laurie was willing to help me and provided excellent customer service by processing a refund and telling me which locations in Calgary had the same watch in stock as I needed to gift the watch and didn't have time to wait for the store to get a re-stock. Laurie also provided a clasp adjustment for me, free of charge, for a watch that I got elsewhere as a way of providing exceptional customer service for me during my visit to get a refund for the watch I got online. One of her colleagues was also very professional and provided excellent customer service to me with a 2nd watch that I bought. The other 2 staff members that I interacted with the 3x that I've been here were also very kind and professional, and made me feel that they valued me as a customer, which has been very different from the experience I had from one of their competitors across from them in the mall (Ben Moss). I realized that the staff here treat younger customers very well, even if they don't "dress in a certain (professional)way", as a teen couple came in to inquire about getting an accessory fixed, and the associate treated them like any other customer, which speaks volumes about the staff here! I highly recommend this location, Laurie, and her team to anyone looking for a non-judgmental and excellent customer experience while inquiring and/or purchasing watches (and adjustments) jewelry, and accessories.

This place was such a wonderful experience. Lorie helped me out with resizing my watch. She was nothing but kind and made the whole process very easy. Love this place and will definitely shop here again for more items ☺️

We love dealing with Tanya. She’s helped us try on so many rings and was so excited when my partner came to pick up my engagement ring. Tanya was so patient and knowledgeable while I was shopping for wedding bands this week. When we went back to purchase my band Laurie was there to help and she was also wonderful to deal with.

Laurie and Tina were the most helpful with my custom wedding band to perfectly match my dainty size 3 custom People’s engagement ring. I got the rings of my dreams and it has made me so excited for my big day. The staff at the Chinook location are phenomenal. Cannot recommend enough!
