I have had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The open display cases take away a lot of the anxiety out of ring shopping. Everyone has been very helpful and has made our visits a great experience. Thank you specially to Shane for helping us look for a matching band for my engagement ring. I’ll be coming back soon to purchase a band from you guys!

Had a wonderful experience with Scott at Spence, he was incredibly helpful on my journey to find the perfect engagement ring, from helping find the right style, to a full education on how the diamonds are cut, graded, and selected for your specific ring. I took time to think about everything with no pressure from him and placed the order when I was ready, the ring was crafted and arrived even more perfect than I had imagined. Would recommend Scott and Spence to anyone in the market for jewelry of any kind they can help you get something that will last a lifetime.

A HUGE thank you to our guy, D’Artagnan who was lovely to speak to, with open transparency, we did not feel pressured or judged. He was very attentive and inviting, as he listened to what both me and my fiancé has in terms of expectations for my proposal. I highly recommend the options put out and the patience he took to help me go through some options. Special side shout out to Michelle who was helping out as well, as I picked almost every oval ring in the store to view. I added our engagement photos so that he gets to see how happy we were and how important his role was.

Drew was amazing throughout the whole experience. He made me feel super comfortable during the whole process and never once made me steer away from my budget or what we wanted. He made me feel very comfortable and guided me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Spence as a place to buy a ring, and if you can ask for drew. Even stopping back in he remembered us and was very happy everything went well! Can’t say enough good things.

Amazing first time experience.. not only did I get the celebration ring of my dreams but I also got more transferable knowledge on diamonds and gold. The Spence diamond locations was something that makes the entire picking out process fun. Mark was amazing person to work with and allowed us to know the differences of lab grown and natural diamonds. — which is something that is very interesting to know about from a knowledgeable person’s perspective. If you have any type of special occasion to enjoy some beautiful diamonds head on to Spence diamonds you will not be disappointed!!

A huge thank you to Scott and Spence Diamonds. Scott made the ring buying process so seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I went around to several stores to inquire and get quotes, however none of them compared in regard to their customer service. I highly recommend giving Scott a visit, he by far exceeded my expectations in helped make my engagement possible with this beautiful ring!
