Great experience with Thais! She took her time showing us the existing stock and then ultimately worked with us to design a bezel setting custom ring. Thais is knowledgeable and experienced. Once we pinned down the general design, we then worked with the jeweler, David. He created the CAD rendering and addressed my questions and concerns. His detailed explanation gave me lots of reassurance about the structural integrity of the design. I would highly recommend Troy Shoppe, thanks to Thais and David!

Excellent experience. We came in looking for wedding bands and were very comfortable throughout our visit. Excellent service. I brought one of my high end watches in for service without an appointment and their jeweller immediately took the watch and started the repair, asking if I'd like to wait. In 15 minutes, my watch was ready and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. While I waited, I had pleasant conversations with two of the employees, including Lanny, the Vice President of Sales. The entire experience was excellent. I highly recommend Troy Shoppe Jewellers.
