Stored our trailer here for years never had any issues. Bought a 41 foot 5th wheel last May used it for one season dropped it off at the end of October to Shorty’s "secure lot". Went back to the storage lot beginning of January and the trailer was gone along with 25 years of camping equipment. Apparently the Cameras weren’t working and hadn’t been working for months. Would have been nice to be informed that the cameras were not working.Shorty’s also refused to inform everyone that there had been a theft and to check their trailers, they refused saying they did not want the bad publicity. Would not recommend!

We have been storing our travel trailer here for several years and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The lot is very well managed and maintained, with clean facilities and friendly, prompt staff who are always helpful. We especially appreciate the convenience of the free dump station on-site and the secure electric gate with easy app access. We have never had any issues with rodents or pests, which is a huge plus. Overall, an excellent storage option that we highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly and helpful, and having access to their shop for tools when needed has been helpful. There have been no issues with mice or rodents as the lot is well maintained.
