Front desk staff are hostile and rude. To the older lady with short white hair and the lady with the scarf; There is no reason to lock the door and aggressively interrogate people when they are simply visiting their loved ones. If you do not wish to be helpful then that is okay; however a nasty and belligerent attitude makes everyone feel poorly.

The older lady running the desk is clearly not happy with her job , she rolls her eyes or uses a tone when she doesn't want to fulfill a simple request, she made my mom and residence feel very uncomfortable and apparently the home is aware of her behavior but has not removed her from her position, this is unacceptable and the company needs to act now

Seems to be a nice quiet place and safe for seniors, only thing I saw that could use upgrading would be to stairs going into the unit. I'm not 90 as some of seniors are and I can see they are not level a accident waiting to happen
