I absolutely love the Skin Health & Wellness Centre! The staff are kind, professional, and really care about your skin and overall wellness. My dermatologist took the time to listen to my concerns and offered personalized advice and treatment that made a real difference. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming—it feels more like a spa than a medical office. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert skincare in a calm, supportive environment!

I had a follow up facial/scalp treatment appointment with Dr. Megan Sanders on June 19th. While I didn't see her on this visit (She is great by the way, and will do another review when I see her next), I was treated the entire appointment by one of her assistants, Laura. I must say that Laura was excellent. Very prompt on the appointment timing, knew her stuff technically and was very caring, yet efficient and to the point. She is a great brand ambassador for the Skin Health & Wellness Centre!

As soon as you arrive you are treated like they are expecting you it’s a wonderful staff. Dr.Burbidge has the friendliest bedside manner and her staff are so supportive and make me feel comfortable with the procedure. You are never rushed they are there to make sure you are cared for properly and professionally.This time I had Cecilia as my nurse and she was so lovely.

There is no option of zero star, unfortunately i have to rate them 1 star. My wife had skin rash and her condition was too bad.Our doctor referred us to this clinic and this clinic took 5-6 days just to call us, then they gave us the appointment after 12 days. We had the appointment for 12:30 and their building is too confusing, they have two clinic with same name in same building, one is on 3rd and another one is on 1st floor. After finding their right clinic, we were 7-8 minutes late and without even ask us they wrote no show in their system. We reached their, they said they can't take us now just because we were 6-7 minutes late. Then again they gave us another appointment after 21 days. Just a normal question guys, it's a medical clinic obviously who'z coming here just because of their severe condition still that's how you are treating patients. I have never seen such a ridiculous clinic in my whole life.

Have been seeing Dr Burbridge for many years and have been so grateful to have her as my skin care specialist. Her in-depth knowledge combined with great personality embraces the caring and safe feeling I have with her plan for my ongoing condition. I also appreciate the support staff for the friendly manner and organized flow when arriving for appointments and examinations assistance.

Referred by my family doctor for a check up. Facility was bright and immaculately clean and professional. Reception was friendly and cheerful. Dr, Burbidge was very pleasant and thorough and put me at ease immediately. Explained everything to me. Highly recommend this doctor, a pleasure to deal with. Her nurse, Kat?, (sorry) was also excellent, Great friendly manner and very professional in addressing my issues.

I had a pre-scheduled appointment (check-up) with Dr. Potok that was set up 18 months ago. The front staff sent a reminder several days prior to the date to ensure I didn't miss it. I was shown to the examination room a couple minutes before the appt time and waited for only a few minutes for the examination to begin. Fortunately there were no complications and was out the door in 30 minutes. I asked for a referral to another Dr. for a different, but related issue, which was scheduled 2 days later! Seriously no issues and great service throughout the process by all staff. THANK YOU.
