Mr. Tom and Julie were amazing during the purchase of our house.We went through a stressful situation that our realtor put us in trying to manipulate us to sign papers that could have jeopardize the purchase of the house!
Mr.Tom and Julie helped us and told us what we needed to do.We followed their advice and got the house,no problem!As they promised.

It was our first time requiring this legal service in Alberta. We found Taylor Law online. Despite how busy they were, Julie managed to find time to respond to all our questions as everything was new to us. Julie is hardworking, patient and understanding. Thomas at the signing appointment was very pleasant and knowledgeable.. he took his time to explain each document to us. He made us feel at ease while signing the documents. I would recommend Taylor Law if you require any legal services!

Julie was very helpful in assisting us with our legal matters for our new home. The transaction was very smooth and she always updates us on what’s going on with our file. On the other hand, Tomas, the lawyer, is the best! I’ve used other lawyers before but Tomas is the only one who made me not feel intimidated when we signed the papers. He explained everything in layman’s term and he listed everything we need to do before we move in. Super great and cool guy! I highly highly highly recommend Taylor Law! By the way, their fees are inexpensive too compared to other law offices! Definitely 5 stars for them!!!

We worked with Julie for our land transfer and finalizing the house purchase. She answered any of our questions extremely quickly and was always so helpful. She explained all of the steps clearly as navigating first time home buying can be challenging. We felt at ease and she ensured that everything went smoothly. I never got to personally meet Tom during my document signing as the only day my partner and I were available were on his off day. But Tom and Julie were exceptional in assisting us with our real estate closing documents in purchasing a home. I’ve dealt with other law firms in the past for a real estate purchase and Tom and Julie were night and day compared to my previous experience. On time (early, even!) delivery of documents prior to possession day, organized communications, and I even got some money back! Julie is an exceptional individual to speak with and I’m so thankful for the both of yours’ assistance. You made the process of my partner and I’s first home purchase together a breeze!
