Our Realtor Amit is very personable who we related with on so many angles. He was willing to show us the area in his own car, very flexible and patient with our ever changing needs but also advising us on what is may work. His knowledge of Calgary was very helpful to us people coming from BC with kids. e advocated for us and fought hard during the negotiations to lower the price by 40k and negotiated basement appliances to be included. Always on time and very organized. Going way beyond to help look for jobs and printing out resumes. My children felt comfortable around him and I can recommend him for anyone and will be using him in my future deals.
