I visited The Hearing Place on Friday and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Erin. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly professional and welcoming. She walked me through each step of the hearing test with clarity and patience, making sure I understood the procedures and felt comfortable the entire time. Her thorough explanations left no room for confusion. I truly appreciated the care and attention she gave top-notch service all the way. Highly recommend!

Audiologist Erin is so friendly and professional. So is her customer service admin. Lori. Erin took the time to explain the hearing test process and to go over my results. I felt reassured and confident w her knowledgeable skill set. I highly recommend The Hearing Place. I will return. Thanks for the excellent care Erin!

Went to The Hearing Place as a result of excellent reviews I had viewed on the website.
Laurie, receptionist, and Erin, Audiologist were exactly as described on previous reviews. Both were very professional, and gave me the impression that they were appreciative of me attending their place of business.
Erin asked me many questions about my hearing prior to the actual tests performed, and thoroughly explained what the tests entailed prior to being done.
I was impressed with the thoroughness of the entire experience, and would highly recommend The Hearing Place to anybody concerned about their hearing.

I had a very positive experience in The Hearing Place clinic. Lori, the front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, welcoming and made me and my husband accompanying me felt comfortable. Dr. Erin Davis, the audiologist was very kind and absolutely knowledgeable. Patiently listened to my health history and concerns, did comprehensive hearing tests & assessments and recommended solutions. Such a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic.

I had such a great experience at The Hearing Place! Erin was absolutely amazing so kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything in such a clear and thorough way. She took the time to walk me through all my results and made the whole process feel super comfortable and personal. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had with any healthcare professional. My experience was really great. Erin explained all the different procedures so I felt informed and comfortable with what would happen. She took the time to explain tinnitus to me and suggested an app to help reduce tinnitus while going to sleep. She demonstrated how to use the app and explained how using it helps my brain. I highly recommend her!
