1st class customer service!
I was on the hunt for a specific style of wheel for my Q7 and they found me exactly what ones I was looking for, and ordered them in immediately. They worked around my schedule for the install and had them installed in minutes while I waited.
Would 100% recommend for any tire/wheel needs in the Calgary area.

Fantastic experience here. 10000% recommend bringing your business here. I found the wheels I’ve always wanted for my 2019 VW Jetta at Tire Surplus, but the ad on fb marketplace had them packaged with winter tires and I wanted all-seasons - I messaged them, and Sam was messaging me back and forth for at least 20-30 minutes at like 1030pm (what other businesses would ever take the time to do this so late at night??). He changed the tire package from winters to all-seasons for me, showed me more options, made recommendations, ran over all the specs with me, super knowledgeable, had answers to all of my questions. 10/10 customer service, definitely come to this place and Sam will take care of you!!

My experience at TIRE SURPLUS was nothing short of positive, and therefore, I would recommend them highly. Unlike others who treat you like a number and do not provide the time to truly understand your needs, Sam and his crew do. I came in looking for a set of all season tires and wheels, and got several options, presented to me and were even shown to me on the car while it was lifted. Sam took the time to explain what those choices were and that process was instrumental in me making my decision. Go to the experts who care!

Excellent Service and Great Quality!
I had a fantastic experience at this Surplus. Sam helped me find the perfect set of rims and took care of the tire change quickly and professionally. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was done right. My car looks and drives great now! Highly recommend this place for anyone needing new tires, rims, or tire services.

I am extremely satisfied with the wheels I purchased for my Mercedes GLE43 from TIRE SURPLUS.
I ordered them over the phone with Sam, who was very polite and friendly. The rims were delivered from Calgary to Edmonton in just one day!
