Woody's RV World - Calgary

After the hail storm of last year I really didn’t know where to take my damaged trailer. I tried Woody’s. The best decision I made. Their service department was amazing. So kind, thoughtful, and supportive. Especially Alex. She went above and beyond. She personally made my experience top notch. Now I won’t consider going anywhere else for my service work or possible future purchase.

We dealt with Trent Sweet for the purchase of our Grand Design trailer, we couldn't be happier. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Every woodys employee that we dealt with was pleasant and helpful.

We went to the Calgary RV Show this past January and after several hours of wandering through retailers we made it to Woody's show area. What a difference, no high pressure sales, friendly, knowledgeable and great people. We initially spoke with the Brand Rep for the trailer we were looking at and he introduced us to our salesman Landon Losinski. Our experience was absolutely excellent and we signed the papers to factory order our new trailer to be delivered in the first week of April. Landon contacted us in early March to let us know our trailer had been delivered early, normally this would be perfect but it's still winter in Alberta ;( Landon was great about it and scheduled our delivery inspection and secured a service bay so we could be inside and take our time doing the inspection/walk through properly, and thank goodness he did as it was a miserable cold snowy day! As a side note Woody's pre-delivery inspection found that the water heater was malfunctioning and had already ordered a replacement, great job! Everyone we met at Woody's RV (Calgary SE) was friendly and helpful and we look forward to a long RV relationship. We have been camping RVing for over 30 years, owing multiple RV's and by far this was our best buying experience.

Went in looking to upgrade our trailer, met with the salesman Mike. He instantly knew which one was for us, brought us back and showed us the trailer. It had just come in on trade the day before. Process was very smooth and the delivery process was amazing. Super informative and the trailer looked great! Can’t wait to start our camping season! Highly recommend going to see Mike for your next trailer purchase!

My sales account manager identified what I needed although I didn't really know. When I took possesion, he spent hours going through the trailer with me so that he was sure I understood how everything functioned. I took the trailer out on its first camping trip immediately after possesion and everything worked perfect and the experience was great!

I recently bought a small used trailer at Woody's RV and I am very pleased with the professional, helpful, supportive service I received from Landon ( Sales Associate ) and Bonnie.( Financing ). Since this was the first time for me buying a trailer, Landon explained everything in detail to me and helped me to get things, including trailer hookup, trailer parts and trailer storage places organized. He also provided a 1.5 hour orientation on "how to" which was extremely helpful. I can strongly recommend Landon for all your RV needs.
