I had an excellent experience at Moonstone Creations. The person who helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me around, to speak with me about the different crafts, and to show me all of the beading supplies with great detail. I purchased the poppy beading kit and was so happy with it. I’ve never ever beaded before and, with the excellent instructional video, was able to make a beaded poppy brooch that I am quite proud of. I highly recommend Moonstone Creations, as well as their beading kits. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

We had a really fantastic experience here and came home with some really beautiful and unique pieces. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the artists, the history and the art. The store is very beautiful and the gallery is outstanding - definitely a must visit for someone not from the Calgary area. I would say this is also a great place to get special, one of a kind gifts or souvenirs from Calgary since each piece is hand crafted by someone local.

What a little gem of a store that is indigenous owned and operated. Moonstone Creations offers a selection of art, jewelry, and clothing as well as a good selection of beads. Montana was very helpful and informative today and I will definitely be back to take some of the courses they offer in store.
