Super kind (and quick) staff, gear met expectations and clear on rental expectations. Not a top pick as they do not do overnight rentals. You will be charged a full extra day, so if you hit traffic on the way home you have to pay the full price, even if you return at open the next day. Not a great business model.

Excellent service and super quick turnaround time for a somewhat urgent tune on some ski's. The staff working on the 12th of March in the evening were fantastic and helped me out quickly. I have always brought items here for maintenance and rented items here as well. A must try for all sports equipment needs.

So, I was heading out snowboarding, borrowing a friends board, but his boots didn't fit me, so I stopped in at Sports Rent to rent a pair of boots for the day. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I walked out with a pair in about five minutes. I did not call ahead or make a reservation, just walked in, told them my size, signed a paper and gave a pre-authorized deposit, and walked out. It could not have been easier. Boots were comfortable and in great condition, no issues at all with them. Price was amazing, less than $30 for the day. I will never rent from a ski hill again, this experience was just so great! Oh, also, the staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help, didn't get the names of the two guys that helped, but they were both great!

Great experience. A big group of us went to Kananaskis and stopped by here to pickup our rentals beforehand. They were fast and everything worked out well. Just be warned that they will ask for a deposit on your credit card.
