The space is modern and spacious, designed for viewing vehicles and handling service appointments. FIRST IMPRESSIONS The showroom has an open layout that makes it easy to explore different vehicle options, from trucks to electric models. The setup allows for a clear view of the selection without feeling overly crowded. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE During my visit, I spoke with David, a Product Specialist, who was professional and helpful. He answered my questions and provided the opportunity to view the showroom. Patiently awaiting my decision on when and what to buy or lease. I believe I was one of the first to walk through the doors of your new facility and did not buy until early June. Dave I met first day and he helped me with going through each truck that would fit my needs. Very good service. No pressure sale One I did purchase, the orientation was very good. Was such a great experience this week dealing with James and the management staff, all very professional, really fair with our trade in and the negotiations went smoothly. Ended up buying a new car and a used for myself lol I would definitely recommend James and this dealership for anyone considering looking for new or used car or truck. Nice work Wolf!!!

Just rented a pickup to assist with a charity fundraiser on the weekend. Chase was very friendly, efficient and helpful with both checking out and returning the truck. They took the time to show me how the various options on the truck worked. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. For such a large truck it had terrific fuel efficiency. When we returned the truck my wife insisted we look around the lot and thought this would be a good place to buy our next vehicle. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I’ve been a loyal GM customer for years, but my recent experience with Wolfe GMC Calgary has left me shocked, disappointed, and genuinely disheartened. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Escalade in August 2024, having been clearly assured by the sales and finance team that the vehicle had no accident history and that the GM Total Plus extended warranty would cover major repairs with only a $100 deductible no surprises. Fast forward to less than 5,000 km of light driving later, and the vehicle has already been in the shop nearly 10 times. Most recently, I brought it in for leaking rear shocks, an issue I was told would be covered, only to be hit with $387 in charges for diagnostics and a rental. To make matters worse, I was later informed by their own service department that the front sensors may not function properly due to excessive paint from a prior repair contradicting the "accident-free" claim made at sale. The service experience was just as troubling my wife and I were treated with dismissiveness and disrespect, and I was even told bluntly that I had been "lied to" about the warranty I paid thousands of dollars for. This experience has not only caused financial stress but completely eroded my trust in Wolfe GMC and GM itself. A certified vehicle with hidden issues and a warranty that doesn’t stand up to what was promised? This is not how customers should be treated. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting Wolfe GMC, I truly regret doing so. There are better dealerships out there that respect their customers and stand behind their word, product, and warranty.

Great staff, after a move to new location, lots of talented and dialed employees. The timeliness and direct approach worked well. Matt Jones was a Gem, would recommend 100%. No fat, and grizzled....just Straight Steak. Solid thanks again. See ya for lifetime oil changes.

Matt was a great salesman. We shopped around to several dealerships before we special ordered a truck. Matt kept us informed about delivery, which arrived just as he predicted. Pricing was good and we are happy with the whole buying experience and our truck.
