I booked through Costco, which was a great deal. The Avis location on 16th Ave is super convenient. Amir Islam took care of us, and his customer service was excellent. Our reservation was for an intermediate-sized car, but none were available. Amir gave us a gorgeous Genesis instead, and it was fantastic. We loved it. Amir also suggested we drop off the car at the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. The minimal fee was definitely worth it for the convenience. We've had some bad experiences with smaller car rental agencies in the past, where they asked for proof of insurance coverage through a credit card. But with Amir and Avis, there was none of that. I felt that Amir runs an honest business focused on customer service. Thanks for the great rental, Avis!
