The fact this company has a 3.9 rating is ridiculous. I wrote a review for their other page already because I don’t want another bride to make the same mistake I did by booking them. Horrible service, not on time, rude owners. Editing in reply to the business response: Maybe if they’d take the time to search by name correctly they’d be able to find my booking with their Vancouver location. (Spelt my name wrong in their reply) This business is a chain, operating in Vancouver as well as Calgary (as per the website) I booked their services through the Vancouver location but I have no reason to believe the service in Calgary would be better due to the head office replies and mistreatment. Again, to all brides and consumers, stay away!

Our driver and van were great. He arrived early and was patient and helpful with my large family and dozen pieces of luggage. Harsh was a very safe and good driver.

I recently booked Quest Limos in Calgary for a Christmas lights tour and was utterly disappointed with the experience, prompting me to write this 1-star review. Firstly, the lighting in the limo malfunctioned shortly into our trip, leaving us with harsh white lights instead of the festive ambiance we anticipated. This significantly detracted from our enjoyment of the holiday lights. Moreover, several blinds in the limo were broken, obstructing our view and further diminishing our experience. To add to our discomfort, the limo's thermostat was poorly regulated, resulting in fogged windows throughout the trip. This issue made it difficult to appreciate the Christmas displays we were so excited to see. I must note that our driver tried his best to address these issues, but unfortunately, they were beyond his control. After the trip, I reached out to Quest Limos management to express our dissatisfaction and was assured of a follow-up. However, their lack of response and failure to address our concerns have been deeply frustrating. Given these numerous shortcomings, including the terrible sound system, dysfunctional lights, inadequate climate control, and the disappointing response from management, I strongly recommend against booking with Quest Limos. The overall quality of service and customer care is severely lacking, and it's clear that they do not value client feedback or satisfaction. Save your time and money by choosing a more reliable and responsive service for your special occasions.
