I had a great experience here! A special thank you to Martin and his team. When my car had some issues, Martin always took the time to over communicate, keep me in the loop, and provide excellent customer service. Martin always went above and beyond to help me get back into my car. I greatly appreciate his hard work, great attitude, and his willingness to provide always top quality service. When I came to pick up the car Martin also took the time to walk me through the changes and parts that were replaced and why. Thank you Martin and to your team for taking such good care of me. Caring, understanding and willing to go the extra as well as quality work and exceptional customer service are a few of the terms I would use to describe my experience with this location ! Having had some questionable experiences elsewhere, discovering this place has been such a relief especially with it being close enough to walk to and from my work location. If you’re going for tire services or have parts inquiries ask for Adam —he is incredibly efficient and attentive to detail. I brought him my 4 newly powder coated 18" rims for new Toyo GSI Winter tire installation and he had the tires installed and the wheels balanced in under 40 minutes. He even helped load them into my car and educated me on a few intricacies specific to my vehicle. Of course you can ask others and you’ll likely get to the answers you need, however I am sharing about my personal experience and recommendation

He gets straight to the point, and tells you what you need to know, but not in a rude or pushy way. He was able to book me in the next day, and the tire swap went super quick - I arrived at 10:30, and was driving away by 11:20. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and based on this visit, I will gladly drive halfway across the city any time I need to come back for tires.[/su_testimonial][su_testimonial name="Sam N. Have now changed review from one star up to three, because they have now rectified the issue and replaced the rack, following the original posting of this review.
I have also been assured that the people who did the original work (in the photos) no longer work at this shop.
As for the comment about only receiving an email from me in Jan of 2022- that was after many, many phone calls and in-person trips to the shop between when the rack was first installed, and that point in time.
It wasn't until another shop took some photos in late Dec. 2021, and then Hyundai themselves took some photos in early Jan. 2022 (and then I not only brought those photos to the shop in person, but then also sent them via email after that in person visit) that I was taken seriously enough that even just the steering shaft would be replaced. Until the point that I provided photos from the SECOND place, every single person I spoke with said they could never see anything wrong.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while.
I wanted to be able to give a good one, because when I started dealing with this shop everything seemed so promising at first, but then it all went to hell.
I had them replace the rack and pinion on my car. When I got it back from them, there was clunking happening when I would turn my steering wheel. I brought it back to them several times to check it, and every time they told me they couldn't find anything wrong and that it was totally fine. I finally got fed up and took it to TWO other shops to check it over, and they BOTH found damage to the steering coupler from an air chisel.
When confronted with the photos from both shops, they still tried at first to act like there was nothing wrong. I had to be VERY persistent.
But even once they sort of admitted the damage present, and even when I gave explicit instructions on how to reproduce the problem, they never followed the instructions and kept claiming they could never find anything wrong. The only thing they would do was replace the steering shaft...but that shaft was not the problem. Internal damage had been done to the rack from being handled so roughly.
Even when I finally brought my brother in with me, who got them to extend their warranty on it, honestly I gave up trying to work with them because I only kept getting massively gaslit.
