We have shopped primarily at the south location and stopped at the north store for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised and were supported throughout our entire shop. Monica stuck with us in a good way - not pushy but extremely informative and helpful. We made our purchase far more confidently than we initially thought, and gathered so much more knowledge on car seats, etc. Monica was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and such a great communicator! We would definitely go back to see her directly with any inquiries or needs- wish we got to meet her at the beginning of our journey!

I have finally owned this Jellycat Bashful bunny with the birthday cake! I missed the last drop and been looking for one forever!!! Shout out to Sangeeta from West Coast Kids North! She’s the best! I got one because of her, she knew the stocks really well, she tried everything to check for me and even called the South location to check the stock and managed to get one on hold for me for pickup! Thank you Sangeeta! You really made my day!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Leora when we bought our first car seat, and she made the entire experience so lovely. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, taking the time to ensure we found the perfect car seat for our needs. We've been happy with our purchase ever since. What stood out to us even more was how, every time we returned to the store, Leora would remember our faces and our son's name—those small acts of kindness don’t go unnoticed. Over time, we’ve purchased two car seats, a regular stroller, a travel stroller, and several other smaller items with her assistance. Her exceptional service has always exceeded our expectations, and now when we visit, we look forward to seeing if she’s working. Leora truly deserves recognition for the outstanding care she provides!

Me and my husband had very pleasant shopping experience!
Louie was very helpful during the whole time when we were looking for a stroller, a car seat and a baby mattress for our first baby. She’s patient, knowledgeable and friendly when we ask so many questions. We spent almost a hour and a half to know the products and try them in our car. She assisted us with choosing the items that fit best for us, especially the mattress and the car seat because these are final sale. Finally we bought a stroller, a bassinet, a car seat and a mattress.

We went to Westcoast Kids in search of a double stroller, completely set on getting the Uppababy Vista V3. Jaina answered all the questions I had about the Vista 3 and helped my partner and I look at other strollers as well. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient (we spent about an hour in the store) and she even helped us save some money because we ultimately went with the Cybex stroller which was more compatible with our Graco car seat. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of our experience with Jaina!

This place is very nice and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Joanne greeted us and helped us out with everything that we were looking for. mainly the baby stroller and the Car seat. She’s very knowledgeable about the products.
We weren’t planning on spending money, but because of how she presented and demonstrated the products to us we were sold right there! Thank for going above and beyond for us Joanne.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at West Coast Kids, all thanks to Neema! I walked in completely clueless about baby gifts, trying to find the perfect present for a coworker, and she was an absolute lifesaver.
She was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind, taking the time to explain everything and guide me through the best options. She never made me feel out of place for not knowing anything and instead made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Thanks to her, I left feeling confident with the perfect gifts in hand!
