C H I Home Inspections

This was our first time buying a home so we had very little knowledge about home inspections, Carson was extremely helpful in answering all our questions as well as explaining his process and implications of potential future problems. He also gave us great tips for upkeep and maintenance on things. We would recommend Carson to any first time home buyers, he is very friendly and patient, and made our experience a good one.

We requested an inspection of our newly purchased home by Calgary Home Insprctions in August, 2025. The inspection was completed promptly and while we were in attendance at the home. The inspector, Carson did a very thorough job of inspecting both inside and outside the home using the latest technology including a drone and thermal imaging. He guided us through the inspection answering all questions and providing a detailed narrative of what he was inspecting. All appliances, heating and plumbing in the home were also inspected. The inspection took about 3 hours to complete. Subsequently we received a detailed inspection report the next day along with photos and extensive information on the condition of the home as well as home maintenance tips. Carson was at all times courteous and professional. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of home design and maintenance. We highly recommend Calgary Home Inspections.

We had a great experience with Carson on the inspection of our home purchase. He was very detailed in his inspection, exceptionally personable, and took the time to answer our many questions.
