Great home inspection! Kyle was honest, efficient and answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge. He provided a detailed report about the findings in the home and potential solutions to work with. He was overall great to work with due to his technical knowledge and friendly demeanor. Kyle was a great person inspector on the purchase of my new house. He was excellent and diligent, the report is as detailed as you could want - the cherry on the cake? - as part of the fee is free technical advice/consultation for my entire ownership of the house. Definitely would recommend.

Kyle was very thorough on his inspection and used a lot of cool tech! Even a drone to get a very good look on hard to reach areas on the house. He took the time at the end to answer questions and presented a clear and very explanatory report within hours of the inspection. Great communication and easy to book.
