I saw Dr. Irvine to get a ingrown toe nail removed. The procedure was fast and painless. Dr. Irvine is such a caring Doctor. He is very informative and takes time to answer any questions you have. He is the only Doctor that I know that gives his personal cell phone number incase of emergencies Not only is he a fantastic and caring DR., he also has a sense of humor and very personable I would recommend him in a heart beat.

Highly recommend Axis Foot & Ankle Clinic! I had a partial nail avulsion procedure with phenol, and I’m very happy with the care and respect I received from Dr. Irvine and his team. Booking: The process was super easy. I submitted my information through their website, and the next morning, I received a call (from Deceri, I believe) to schedule my appointment. She was friendly, polite, and answered all my questions. She also informed me of the cost of the visit and procedure upfront, which I really appreciated—it was great to know exactly what to expect. She also let me know that I’d need to submit the receipts to my insurance. Appointment: Dr. Irvine took the time to explain every detail of the procedure. He educated me on how ingrown nails develop, what the procedure involves, the benefits and risks, and how to care for my toe afterward. He even gave me his personal cellphone number and told me to contact him directly if I had any issues—not the clinic. After the procedure, Emma walked me through the post-surgery care instructions and explained what I needed to send to my insurance. Post-surgery: A couple of days later, my toe became infected. I reached out to Dr. Irvine over the weekend. He called me back (I missed the call), but he also left a voicemail, sent a text, and emailed me a prescription. I was able to send him photos of my toe while I was on antibiotics, and he followed up with me. I’ll definitely return to Dr. Irvine for the same procedure on my other big toe. If I ever need a podiatrist again, I won’t hesitate to go back. Thank you, Dr. Irvine and team!

Axis Foot & Ankle Clinic and Dr. Irvine were great. Was having some pretty bad neuroma symptoms in my toes from wearing tight skates/boots. Got diagnosed and a treatment plan in place. Dr Irvine was great and explaining the cause and how to treat it. Symptoms are slowly improving and not affecting my day to day anymore. Dealing with the clinic itself was great. Communication was always reliable and easy.

Dr. Irvine is excellent at delivering the precise treatment required for my left foot. He addresses my issues in clear detail, enhancing my understanding of my foot injuries and providing all the necessary treatment advice and solutions. I truly appreciate his care and concern for his patients. His staff are excellent at keeping me informed about follow-ups and check-up schedules, offering options that accommodate my availability. The staff at the front desk are great, and Dr. Irvine is very knowledgeable, friendly, and positive. I went to the clinic because I was dealing with foot/achilles pain, and the overall experience getting setup with orthotics and other treatments was excellent. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Andrew Irvine and his entire staff were so professional and friendly. I loved the way they explained everything and made sure I was understanding. My feet had been a problem for so long that I thought it was normal until a friend recommended Dr Irvine. I took everything he told me and ran with it and almost instantly I had some relief.
