I just want to say that the staff are super nice at this store and make for a great experience when looking for camera rentals. Before I went to the store I talked to Elena on the phone. She was incredibly friendly and was patient with all of my questions. She was knowledgeable regarding the camera I was inquiring about and gave suggestions about alternatives. When I eventually came down to the store, I was greeted by other staff (can’t remember his name) who was also very helpful. Overall, a very good experience at this location and I will be returning in the future.

The customer service in their rental department is very good! With most recent rental, Elena was very friendly and professional about what we might needed for my first short film; she was very helpful in helping us pick out some lenses that we might need according to our vision of the project that we wanted, as I not very experienced with equipment.

Great store, with an awesome customer service and a huge variety of products. Daniel helped me with everything I needed, he has an excellent knowledge, paying attention to each detail and explaining what camera and lens would be the best to my needs. He also explained the accessories I would need depending on what I would be doing with the camera, always happy to help and answer any questions. No matter if you are a beginner on the camera world or a professional, highly recommend coming check this store out!!!
