First time at Open Box, I went in on a whim. Had been poking around for a new TV on used forums, but thought I'd take a peek. Nathan was awesome! Greeted me quickly, listened to what I was looking for and did some searching to find me a great deal on a fantastic TV! When my laptop broke, this was a location suggested to me. Honestly the customer service was amazing. They were very understanding of my need for a rush order and did a great job repairing my Acer's motherboard. They even offered a loan laptop while mine was still in repair. Although the service is a little bit pricey, the student discount is a big help. Thank you to Nathan and Ali for their work.
