Tuxedo Source For Sports

Over 35 years ago, my parents bought me my first BMX from Tuxedo—and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. Today was another reminder of why I keep coming back: outstanding customer service. Ryan G went above and beyond, using his relationship with a supplier to help me navigate a tricky warranty issue. Genuine service like this is hard to come by these days, but Tuxedo continues to deliver just like they always have. Truly grateful.

Me and my family were just in the store and I can’t say enough great things about the customer service. We were there to get my youngest daughter all set up with all her fastball gear for her first year. Ryan went out of his way to make sure she was set up with everything and that she needed and then some. I bought my fastball gear here 20 plus years ago and they haven’t changed at all. Great quality equipment. Thanks again guys we will be back next year for the next steps my daughter will need to take.

We went in to get my 6 year old Son some new ice skates and Carson was helping us out. He was so helpful and informative! We left buying a pair of brand new skates that my Son is now comfortable in, as his previous pair was too snug. If you ever visit the shop see Carson. He is an excellent customer sales representative. Haven’t seen customer service like that in years!! Everyone in the shop was also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Went in to get my skates sharpened. Carson was helping me out. My two year old skates were also giving me some discomfort. He took the time to measure my feet to make sure I was in the correct skate. We then re baked them & fit them with orthotics. By the end they felt better than they ever have. Good to see that customer service is still alive & well. After searching high and low for a previous year Easton Ghost I located one online at Tuxedo last June 2023. Living in BC this bat was shipped to me direct and as it was brand new the full warranty was intact. 2 weeks short of the 1 year manufacturer warranty, the Ghost breaks. After attempting to deal with Source for Sports here in BC and having less than satisfactory dealings, I got in touch with a fellow named Blaine located at Tuxedo in Calgary. Being in the customer service industry myself, I have extremely high expectations of the type of customer service I receive. Blaine by far is one of the most helpful people I have encountered in years in the customer service industry. He was quick to reply, and got right on top of starting the warranty process for me in order to ensure my daughter had a new bat in her hands within days. Everything about my experience with Blaine and Tuxedo Sports has been flawless from start to finish. He called to follow up, I received emails with pictures showing me what his stock was of bats, and he was very knowledgeable on the product he is selling. I will not hesitate to shop here again even though I am located a province away. Thank you Blaine for all your help and care you put into your customers!!

They were a little late getting an order to us. When we called, they were very apologetic and offered to deliver it to our house at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday. They even threw in some complimentary skate sharpening to make up for the minor delay. THAT… is how you do customer service. These folks are. The. Best.

I'm so impressed with this sports shop. Every time I go in they are helpful and have a massive selection of equipment. I went in today with a concern about a product I bought, they provided me with A+ service and support. While many sports stores are more convenient for me to shop at, I will continue to bring my business to Tuxedo. Amazing store and staff.
