My advice to anyone booking this cab company is don’t have an online account with them . I always opt to pay in the car so I don’t get charged an authorization fee. Never had a problem with that until today just booking my cab they automatically charged me a $20 authorization fee so I canceled it thinking that it was a mistake. Rebooked again online I was charged again so I canceled the trip and I thought I’d phone it in I told the lady I couldn’t afford any authorization fee because I needed my money for medication she assured me I wouldn’t be charged and so when I got to the drugstore and went to pay I had no money because not only did they take an authorization fee but they took it 2 times so I was now out $40.00 when I called them they told me I had to wait until Monday to get my $40 back even tho both of those trips were canceled in the first place . Worst company ever !
I will say that you returned my money later that day. I don’t think you understand how badly that messed me up. I called and booked the ride that day after I canceled the online bookings and I told the operator that I needed the money to pay for my medication. It’s a long weekend my pharmacy was going to be closed. I’m very sick and have asthma I can barely breathe. I couldn’t get my inhaler that day because of your screw up. Not only could I not get my medication but I was also had to walk home and I can’t breathe at all right now even tho it’s not a far walk 10-15 min it’s all uphill. I had asthma attack. I also had to spend the money to go a second time to go get my medicine . I dont drive so I had to spend the cab money again to go get it . I wish I didn’t have to rely on taking cabs because it’s nothing but problems for me .
I have a couple more things to add to this that I’ve since discovered as well . You guys have sent me texts offering a 15% discount for booking with you guys and I’ve taken countless rides with you now in the last few months and I have not seen that discount applied even once . I checked all my invoices and I have never been given that . If you’re going to give that to a person you should follow thru with that and you give me a text after every time I’ve booked with you and never seen it once applied . Secondly I’ve noticed that some of your drivers have ripped me off when it cones to tipping.. I always ask them to add a 20% tip to the ride and I’ve been charged more than that on a few occasions . My advice to anyone using this cab company is do not leave it up to the driver to add it in themselves and just tap like I do because you can’t trust them just add it in yourself because they give you the option when paying I am usually in a hurry but I won’t be from now on.

Prebooked a taxi over the phone. The woman taking the booking had no knowledge of Calgary and struggled with basic location info. On the night, I called to check where the taxi was and she insisted it had already picked me up. I explained clearly that it hadn’t, she was talking about someone else. Instead of helping, she just hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. A total shambles from start to finish. Avoid.

First, the driver didn't come to right place and we had to drag 3 suitcases down the street. Then he says its $6 more than app says (later he says $11) the cab was old and didn't seem to have AC. I paid on the app $27 plus $15 for the supposed extra charges and a tip. He says it didn't post and won't let us out of the now boiling hot cab. I'll never use united again.

Stole money from me and Unreliable transit option . Took a cab which was approx 20 min drive. As we pulled up to hotel, fare said around $30 and then within two seconds it jumped up to $50. I asked the driver to explain where the charge was coming from and he said "van fee". If there is a fee, this needs to be expressed to the customer BEFORE entering the cab, not after. I phoned the company and she confirmed there was a cab fee, of $6, not $20, and indeed it should have been explained to us before. I was promised I’d be contacted back, and not only was I not contacted, but I couldn’t get ahold of the company again to help me. Extremely disappointed and do not suggest using this cab company

The online booking system either doesn’t work or the dispatchers don’t know how to use it. I booked a taxi for the following morning for an early flight to the airport. I almost immediately got three separate drivers and a text message all waking me up as they tried to arrive immediately, late at night, to pick me up. Now I’m awake and mad and definitely using a different car service tomorrow.

I have been using your taxi service exclusively for several years. Until today, your drivers have always been exceptional. One problem we have had over the years, your app does not provide your drivers with the ability to find us. Unfortunately, this was an issue today.
The bigger issue, when your driver finally arrived, he raised his voice at me and blamed me for this.
His poor behaviour continued on our drive.
Had my husband not been with me, I would’ve canceled.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely will be using your taxi service again.
From what I understand, the competition has gotten much better, and their companies have the ability to find us every single time. Thank you.

My advice for anyone looking to call this cab service. DONT CALL HERE!!!! I called and they said they would be 20 minutes, and he called again and said another 20.. we waited for TWO hours becuase he kept saying 20 more minutes and never came. I called to ask where it was and he said they gave it to someone else!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
