Although I have offices that are more local to me, I would rather call and work with Anant Vashisht over the phone as he is quick and adept at solving the issue and responds in a timely and thorough manner. Also... my rate keeps dropping. I appreciate that Anant and the crew keep tabs on my premium and try to keep it as low as possible for the coverage I need. A1 service!

Although ultimately Desjardins didn't work out for me at this current time, I still would like to acknowledge how great the customer service was. His response and follow up times were great, he was professional but still got to know you and took the short time to build a rapport. He made sure the quote details were explained in a way that you understood what was included and the process should you proceed.
