Brett had come to my home originally to do a free estimate and was very clear and concise on everything that would be required to put in extra receptacles around the basement and in our master bath. OMG! These guys started at 7 AM and left at 9 PM. They came prepared to upgrade my power in my old neighborhood. They worked in the rain and tried their best to make everything the way I wanted. They were «done» in 8 hours. The problem was the city inspector who does not understand what grandfathering means and doing it the » the code city way» which can be interpreted in so many ways. The inspector knows he can pull rank and had a power trip, making 24/7 relocate the power panel box and wreck 45 year old gorgeous wood, plus leave open exposed concrete wall. The master electrician was furious BUT very professional. This meant he had to get extra supplies at retail prices late in the day, to bring the panel to «said» code. Now my house has extra electrical boxes instead of a direct connection to my electrical box.
Because I’m » pissy» at the city inspector: Nice call bucko. Real safe right there. Safety over height is the proper hazardous way to go. NOT !!! BUT! Enmax was great to work with, who works very well with 24/7.

Amazing service from Jason and the crew. Before picture shows old light with the other 2 the new track lighting system to open up the space and ceiling height. Way brighter now even with system on ceiling especially when darker outside in early morning when I wake up.
They finished quicker than anticipated so was cheaper than quote. Cleaned up and took great care of space they were working in by working around island with scaffolding.
They did such a great job I am having them back for another job to fix one more problem area going upstairs in the condo plus to highlight the art.

Update I had them come back again for another job that Jason knocked out of the park which is last picture. Total professionals. But the thing that got me they had to use a ladder system to install this light and there is a vent high up I could never reach to clean. Yet I forgot to ask, so when I came home when finish I said oh, I should have asked you to clean that vent before you took system down. Much to my surprise Jason said already done. I saw it and knew it needed to be done. That is the extra caring factor you have with this company plus the amazing work and fair prices. I will never use another electrical company in Calgary just based on this cleaning the vent. Employees that care you can’t always find.

I came home from an overnight trip to find that the smoke alarm detectors had started to chirp. Extremely annoying and every 30 seconds. I tried to turn them off at the electrical panel to no avail. I found out that they needed replacing. We don’t have a regular electrician so I searched for one. Based upon reviews I called Electricman.
Stephanie answered the phone: she was efficient and very helpful. I was sent a clear quote and she was able to get Chad out to fix things the next day. ( we also had a defective doorbell) He is the owner and founder of the company. He explained the problems clearly (aged detectors) and the choices. He worked very efficiently and had brought all the right parts.
So a very annoying problem was dealt with quickly and we now know who to call for any future electrical problems. Thank you Chad.

Great experience with Electricman. We were asking to have a 240V installed for a new oven/range, they had a person come out to survey the installation (I believe Chad) who told us exactly what was going to be done. They then scheduled two technicians to come within a week (Jeff and Gabby). While they were unable to complete the installation during the first visit (due to complications of snaking the wire to the electrical box), they were able to come up with a solution and come back the following week to solve everything – all within the original quote). Everyone was very friendly and professional to work with.

The Honest Electrician!! Yes, that they are. I was very impressed with Kyle’s knowledge,expertise,professionalism and tidiness. He did some testing in the one area I was having with a said it’s most likely a loose connection. Kyle showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Removal of old fixture and installation of new fixture was very challenging given 18 foot ceiling next to a circular staircase. Old fixture was also extremely heavy. I would highly recommend Kyle. I would have given a six star rating if possible.

Started out requesting a quote for an EV charger installation. Aaron came to our home, looked around and discussed the issues with me and delivered a quote. Quote was well under another quote I received. I accepted the quote and paid half as a deposit.
Aaron came out today to install the receptacle and charger. No shortcuts, sweaty, hard work, but explained every step to me, got everything done and helped clean up lots of sawdust from drilling holes in joists.
This company knows what it’s doing and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend using them if you are considering installing an EV charger safely and competently.
