We wanted to buy a new home with Sterling because of the great recommendations received from colleagues and friends. We found a spec home that met our check list exactly. From first seeing the spec home to completing the sale and beyond, the team has been efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Nicole and Alexis from D’arcy have been nothing but amazing to work with. They are a great team and have been so on top of everything to help us during the process. We are so excited to move into that well built and beautiful home. We would highly recommend Sterling to anyone.

** Edit** Interesting how they replied to my review by asking to email about this issue, when the whole concern I raised was I emailed multiple email addresses including the one provided in the reply about the poor workmanship costing me money, and no one even cared to respond! All an eye wash, and why to take a review/customer serious right?? Original review: Bought a Sterling built home thinking of good quality but sidings on both sides of the house are coming off, and a contractor who looked at it mentioned it is poor workmanship that caused the issue! Sidings are not attached to the studs at all. Now I am on the hook for a $13K repair off of my pocket (first time home owner - didn't know I had to pull out the siding and inspect before the warranty expired!). Sent several emails to Sterling, but not even a response!! Expected a bit more of customer service from Sterling! Really disappointing!

I bought new home built by sterling Homes, Calgary SW in 2025. My overall experience is good so far. Customer service is nice mainly from Melissa and Josh. All work done in timely manner and with precise perfection.

Lauren and Alex at Vermilion Hill delivered top-notch customer service with a keen sense of design, making our home purchase both inspiring and smooth. Their clear communication and professionalism built trust and eased concerns. Highly recommend them for a personalized home-buying experience. One-Year Follow-Up Review: It has been a great journey with Sterling Homes, and we recently had the pleasure of visiting with our wonderful area manager, Lauren. Brendan, the on-site tech, along with his warranty team in the office—Tricia and Kairyn—have provided nothing but excellent and responsive service.

We built our home with Sterling Homes at Key Ranch. Chris Hagel has been outstanding from the very beginning. We made several changes and customizations to the floor plans and overall design, and throughout the process, Chris provided invaluable guidance. He consistently offered thoughtful advice, was always available to answer our questions, and made sure all our concerns were addressed. Working with Chris was a pleasure, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the final design of our home.

My husband and I just bought our first new home together and we decided to go with Sterling Homes as our builder - we are so glad we did! It was our first time going through the entire building process and all the different steps involved with having our dream home come to life.
