We hired BOCC Home Inspections for our first home purchase, and we were very impressed. The inspector, Adam, was professional and approachable throughout. He thoroughly checked the entire property, from the foundation to the attic, using a moisture meter and thermal camera to spot hidden issues. His attention to detail gave us confidence.
The report was delivered within 24 hours, complete with clear photos and detailed explanations of every issue. Adam, took time to walk us through the findings, which helped us negotiate repairs with the seller.
Overall, BOCC Home Inspections made the process smooth and stress-free. We felt well-informed and supported. I’d highly recommend Adam and his team to any homebuyer.

We had Adam come out and do our inspection. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire inspection, pointing things out to me and making sure I was involved in the process. As a first time home buyer, I don’t know a ton about home ownership, so Adam walked me through furnace maintenance, what to look for in the attic for problems, and even talked me through finishing the interior of the garage. I would highly recommend Bocc Inspections, and will definitely be using them again!

Whilst I did not personally attend the house inspection the correspondence leading up to the inspection was extremely efficient and answered all my questions.
On the day of the inspection my husband and son attended, ( my son had recommended BOCC as he had previously used the service)
The inspection was everything we wanted, the attention to detail, the explanation no detail left out, questions answered, the respect, professionalism all first class, the report, photos made everything clear to understand and gave us peace of mind.
