My experience was fantastic. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. They're very knowledgeable and are ready to help you every step of the way. They really do care about your progress and ensuring your improvement unlike other places that I've been to that show no interest in your progress. They helped me tremendously and I feel much better after my accident! Thank you to everyone at CBI NE!

I’d like to share my journey with CBI Health and express my heartfelt gratitude to Ayesha and Dr. Shuchi. They supported me during a very difficult time in my life, and their guidance made a world of difference.
With their help, I became more independent in managing my injury and built the confidence to face pain head-on. Their care, expertise, and encouragement were truly life-changing.
I can’t thank them enough. They are not only highly knowledgeable in their field but also deeply compassionate.
I highly recommend them to anyone seeking treatment — you’ll be in excellent hands.

I’m so happy I came here for my work injury through WCB. The staff is super supportive and friendly. I did the 4 week back to work program and before I started I was in a lot of pain but by the last week of the program I had gained my strength and confidence to go back to work on full duties. My pain has subsided by week 2 of the program. I haven’t felt this strong in a while! I’m so happy with my results and highly recommended this program especially if you work in healthcare and injury yourself. Thank you CBI health team!

If I could give a negative stars I would. Dr. Brair has lied about my health to WCB and to myself. Be very careful and they will also deny u to see your records for days. Be very careful with this clinic and this Doctor. The feeling of not being safe is there at this practice. My recommendation to go to a different clinic

Front staff are awesome and very polite, but trying to get into contact with this place is very difficult I've called a dozen times and left emails with nothing coming back. If you are not ready to leave the program don't I did to early and Lost my job WCB closed my file and told me to deal with CBI personally and I can't even do that so it's been frustrating if you leave your out and good luck getting back in. I did really appreciate the time I had at the clinic but these 2 places are supposed to be there for you to get back to work. They did the complete opposite as im paying out of pocket for physio and looking for work! Thanks!

I was here for four weeks this past April/May rehabbing a back injury. My kinesiologist Paula and my physiotherapist Joe were both amazing. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for me!

All staff doing their job honestly I seen very helpful everyone even physiotherapists ready to help all the time Elaine and suchi was my kinesiologist and physiotherapist they r great help I feel much better with my injury the exercises they show really helpful
