Kyle was very thorough on his inspection and used a lot of cool tech! Even a drone to get a very good look on hard to reach areas on the house.
He took the time at the end to answer questions and presented a clear and very explanatory report within hours of the inspection.

Kyle was punctual and professional. He went through the property quickly and was able to answer all of my questions and more. I though that would be the end of it but then he went above and beyond to send me a guideline list of home repairs, rough scheduling dates for general upkeep and estimates costs. You get your money's worth with peace of mind and service when contracting Kyle Johnstone.
