We had the opportunity to work with Justin Havre for our first property purchase in Calgary.
We had sent in a query regarding a property that was listed in JH’s website and within minutes, Lina Kim, our realtor, called us to get to know about our preferences better.
We booked in a meeting with Lina at her office and Lina gave a detailed input of what Justin Havre offers as a service, what we, as clients, can expect and what perks do we get as a client of Justin Havre. That input helped us in deciding our real estate company .
Then began the process of narrowing down on the communities, selecting the properties to visit, booking visits and actually visiting.
Lina was totally into the process, and even with very short notices , Lina booked ua for the visits without showing any kind of unhappiness about the turnaround time that we gave her. During the visits, Lina would give us her thoughts on what might work for us and also what might not within the property . Also, she makes sure that she books visits for the properties only after she is fully satisfied that it matches our criteria that we have explicitly told and also the ones that we have not openly discussed. She picks up the cues and accordingly books the visits as per analysis of our previous property visits with her.
Lina is a good negotiator and once you make your final decision she definitely does work to get the best possible deal for you..

Once the deal is finalised, Lina also helped in facilitating the other processes like inspection, lawyer appointments etc since Justin havre group has tie-ups with those service providers as well . This further helped in closing things quickly instead of us having to run around searching for inspectors and lawyers. We were just focused on getting the activities closed.

Thank you Lina for being persistently consistent and patient . We were able to finalise the property within 4 months of working with you We are really happy with the property that you helped us finish the deal on.
