The best thing I did was hire Terri to help plan my trip with my kids. She was incredibly helpful and made sure all the details were covered. Our trip was a little complicated going from Mexico to Guatemala and back. I also did not give her much time for it – within 3 weeks of our travel. While we were travelling there were a few complications, one being a country-wide protest with road blockades all over Guatemala. I messaged her to help figure out what to do. When my husband and I were first planning our wedding we’ve researched about every venue in Calgary and BC area and got super overwhelmed. We then decided to head towards a destination wedding route and never looked back. Boulevard travel was so well organized and laid out what it was like to plan a destination wedding. After walking out from the inital meeting with Karen and Kim we knew right away that a destination wedding was definitely the right choice for us.
Kim N was our destination wedding travel agent and made the process so easy for our guests to book. She was very communicative and prompt with getting back to us and our guests. Not only did she help us out with group bookings but she helped us narrow down resorts that suited our budget (we got married at the Grand palladium in Maya Rivera). All the guests loved their stay there! Kim also did an amazing job with reassuring us through the process of wedding planning and helped a bunch with connecting us to the right people at the resort. She was our biggest advocate when we had any questions or concerns regarding the wedding.

Pathetic service ever i called this agent named vikas he searched the deal and he asked me to pay by e transfer only he explained that your ticket price is expensive because your kid is getting one 23-kg baggage i said yes to deal and paid him, we paid 2300 per person and 500 dollers for my one year old baby. We went to india and our baggage was not alot .later on when we returned from delhi airport the customer service team told me that there is no bag allowance for baby for 23 kg but i got a full bag of 23 kgs as per vikas the agent told me . I called him about this and he deleted the msg from whatsapp where he confirmed the weight and said that he never said that ..i had to pay $380 extra because of him misguiding us all the time i would never ever recommend this agency for any kind of services # misleading information #rude behaviour

We got tickets from this vikas guy and he insisted us to pay via e transfer and after 5 hours i requested to cancel because i find another ticket where the difference was around 700 per ticket . Its allowed to cancel a ticket within 24 hours as per regulations all airlines but vikas said you can cancel but there is no refund not even a single doller i called other places to double check but all said your agent is lying and cancellion is ok within 24 hours i talked to vikas and he said the cheap flights are via us . And initially we told him that we all citizen and can travel via us . Anyway not good team. Lying all the time … be aware please

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Travel World when booking a flight for my wife to travel urgently to India due to the passing of my father-in-law. The flight itinerary was from Calgary to London, London to Delhi, and Delhi to Amritsar. Unfortunately, the London flight was delayed, which caused my wife to miss her connecting flight from Delhi to Amritsar. The airline changed her ticket to a later flight, but given the urgency of our situation for attending the last rituals, we needed an earlier flight.
I tried contacting Travel World immediately to help resolve the issue and arrange an earlier flight from Delhi to Amritsar. However, despite numerous attempts, they did not answer any of my calls. Before booking, they were very responsive and answered my calls promptly, addressing all my queries. But once the booking was made, it felt like I was completely ignored. I even tried reaching out via their WhatsApp number, leaving voice notes which were read but never responded to. Instead, I was told that I should call their direct line because 6-7 people were supposedly there to answer calls on that number. Despite following their instructions, there was no response.
After a week of back-and-forth and unanswered calls, they asked me to call again to reinstate the ticket. Since I had to urgently book another ticket from Delhi to Amritsar on my own, I was informed that I could apply for a refund for the missed flight. I called them yesterday, providing all necessary details, and was told I would receive a callback within 10 minutes. It has now been more than 30 hours, and no one has contacted me. Today, I called again and was put on hold for 45 minutes with no answer.
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and support from Travel World after the booking was made. It feels like they care only until they get your money and completely disregard you afterward. This experience has been not only stressful but also deeply disappointing during an already difficult time. I expected much better service, especially during emergencies. I would not recommend Travel World to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Customer service is crucial, especially in the travel industry, and Travel World falls severely short in this regard.
